The pool was very nice. Not massive but big enough. I liked the fact that they had sun beds in the shade that was nice cause the UV at this time of year is so high ! The rooms were quite big the bathroom was the best part walk in shower ! There was aircon in the rooms and a nice pool view. The location is great : right in between sa coma and calla millor so two good beach options. I loved how quiet the hotel was most of time apart from the occasional entertainment from the staff like aquagym. The hotel was small but nice not packed with people either around the pool area so that was nice and relaxing. Now for the downsides : 1. The buffet in the morning was PACKED. The buffet area is definitely too small for the amount of people. It wasn’t packed in the evening but the morning from 9 o’clock on words it’s just wayyy to busy so come early ! 2. The buffet wasn’t worth a 4 star more like a 3 star. They weren’t any cooked vegetables and the people cooking the meat/fish/eggs were very slow. I know there were trying their best but the buffet definitely lacks staff. 3. Last thing : IT WAS BOILING GOT AND NO AIRCON IN THE BUFFET AREA !! I was sweating like a pig every evening it was definitely uncomfortable and annoying. So the buffet area needs rethinking cause other 4 star hotels are better. Apart from the disappointing buffet with the unbearable heat and no air con in the buffet area the hotel was decent. Food buffet experience : 6/10 Pool : 8/10 Relaxing : 9/10 Location : 9/10 Overall 7/10 hotel, if the buffet experience is improved it would be a lot better !
