Apartamentos Wi-Ki-Woo

I can honestly say the this hotel has to be the worst I have ever stayed in. We had no warm water despite raising this to staff numerous times- We did have someone come to take a look he just said to run the tap on the sink and hopefully it would warm up… it didn’t our entire stay! The hotel it’s self and rooms are so tacky, everything is so tired. We had the room that slept 3 the toilet and shower is a rickety frosted door so absolutely no privacy and not clean to standard. There was zero lighting other than a weird dull coloured lamp so this combined with the strange decor brown and pink walls it was like a dark cave. This meant it was impossible to do your make up, the only natural light is at the sliding doors that looks out to the pool so full exposed to the entire area. It was an extremely depressing place to come back to after partying the pool is small and also tired and the staff were not friendly. Service was appalling. We found we were waiting forever just to be acknowledged! The service so slow-due to staff standing around chatting and socialise between themselves. The poor service wasn’t due to it being busy either, the three days of our stay most the time the bar area was completely dead, just us absolutely no atmosphere and therefore no excuse for such terrible service, it was clear they the staff were disinterested and really don’t care.

Amazing time, great hospitality, great people

Fun Little spot - stayed for one night before going to stay at Ushuaia for another 3 nights - all the hotel staff are Brit’s so no problem speaking English - service is great, spent time by the pool on a day bad with no minimum spend. Restaurants close by and public beach as well.

Arrived Friday 11th October for the weekend for my daughters 18th birthday, I had emailed the hotel before and asked the to dress up the room, arrived no one knew nothing about this and the lady on reception apologised and said they were short staffed. The hotel is quirky and looks great for photos for Instagram but in reality it’s run down and dirty and seems the rooms are not repaired after been trashed, our patio had come off the runner, aircon broken, tv wires hanging out, not great at all! Many times throughout my stay I had to ask for a clean glass, when you’re paying €16 a drink this should be standard! They were serving cocktails in a gin glass half full. We didn’t check out until Monday morning but the hotel actually closed Sunday which we was not made aware of until we asked for a drink at about 5pm and was told they we closed, couldn’t even get a soft drink, surely they should have closed Monday when everyone checked out? The hotel was also full of druggies slummed around in corridors off their faces on balloons shouting until all hours, I get it’s a party hotel but seemed there was no one even in the hotel except 1 person on the last night so didn’t feel particularly safe! I have stayed on the island many times and there is much better hotels than this, think it needs a major clean up over the winter in my opinion.

Me and my partner I've just come back from a two-week holiday in Ibiza San Antonio we went to wikiwees to book to have a day there we found the prices very reasonable greeted by a young lady called Tiffany she was amazing she booked us all in for the next week when we was having a day on the 17th of September it came to the day of our wikiwis experience I cannot say anymore the service of Tiffany and the crew was exceptional he was made to feel really special the whole hotel experience and the pool food drink and service was exceptional I would like to see a big thanks again to Tiffany a personality is so upbeat and the young man who was serving us drinks around the pool we met the hotel owner Gordy what's a absolute pleasure it was to meet him if so down to Earth and he has got an amazing setup I would recommend this hotel or a day excursion at wikiwoos to anybody you are made to feel a millionaire working people's prices keep up the good work all of you and we will see you next year thank you Paul and Angela for an amazing day

The hotel is pretty to the eye, however it is very run down and quite dirty. The rooms are not like the pictures and is overpriced for the reality. Two lights were not working in the room, the door swipe cards did not work (they said a maintenance man would come, but didn’t come in the 4 days we were there). The shower tiles, door tracks and walls were all dirty. The food is inconsistent at the restaurant, one day was really nice and the next horrible. The staff were stood around talking and laughing at the bar and reception when people were waiting to take orders. There is no smoking in the bar/ restaurant however the staff seem to let everyone smoke. The hotel is a party hotel we know that, but the noises all night are unbearable. The rooms have really bad sound proofing. Loads of English party people slamming doors and screaming. As a whole the management needs to address a lot of things, but I guess they don’t need the money as the hotel seems to be booked out. ‍♂️ The cleaning staff for the rooms were really nice. Kind, sweet and always nice to talk with. Shame about the rest.
