The night view from Sky Spa is amazing. The breakfast was also satisfying. There is an Aeon Mall and a convenience store nearby, so it's very convenient.

It's right in front of Sano Bus Terminal, so it's great for people going to Sano, Tochigi Prefecture! And you can use the outdoor bath on the rooftop for free until late at night, so it felt like a place to rest. There's a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so it was okay for me to stay alone!

I always stay here on business trips. Perhaps because it was the busy season around the end of the year, the hot water only came out occasionally this time... I was in trouble because I was taking a shower. My colleague said the same thing. Maybe I should have gone to the large public bath... but it was disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel the other day. The front desk staff were very polite and heartwarming. I especially appreciated how they dealt with my forgotten belongings quickly and courteously without a single complaint. Also, when I used the large public bath early in the morning, it was all to myself, and I was able to spend a relaxing time watching the sunrise, which was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for providing such great service and an excellent environment. I would definitely like to use your services again.

It's been a while since I last stayed here, but the staff's attitude was a little different from what they usually do, which was very pleasant.

I was grateful that they gave me a cold towel. It was convenient that there was a laundry room next to the women's bath. The microwave was in a different location than when I stayed there before, so it was easy to use.

The lobby and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very polite and I was able to go to work in a good mood. The breakfast menu was different for each day, so I didn't get bored of it. I liked that I could choose the soy sauce for my egg on rice. I'd like to use your services again when I come to Sano.

Breakfast was delicious. It's great that you can get takeaway coffee. There's always a line for the elevator... I wonder if there's an effective way to use the stairs.

I wanted to find a hotel close to the airport bus stop, so it was very convenient😊 It's also very close to the Sano Outlet Mall, so it was great to be able to go there easily.

I made a reservation the day before and it was very convenient!

The room was beautiful anyway. I stayed here for work this time, and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but the staff responded well. The open-air bath was also very comfortable and I was able to spend a fulfilling time. I still want to use it.
