The hotel overall exceeded expectations. The pick-up service was very considerate. The room was clean and tidy. The toiletries were also very good. I didn’t need to bring my own~
The breakfast is very rich, and the rice noodles, wontons, etc. are freshly made and taste good.
The service staff are very enthusiastic. I will stay here again when I come to Sanmenxia in the future!

BBob068The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

GGuest UserWhen I stayed at the Sanmenxia Tianzi Hotel, I didn't know whether it had the design elements of the Macao hotel, but I still felt its luxurious style: the rooms were spacious and the furnishings were exquisite, making people feel warm, refreshing and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and fast flow. We decided to extend the stay to four days with high-quality enjoyment at an affordable price. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day.
Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. It must be rated five stars.

The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

The room was very clean. The view from the dozen floors was also great. You can see the swan. The window glass curtain should indeed be cleaned, and the view is gray.
The sister who came to help us clean was very intimate. I said that the child had gastroenteritis and vomited on the bathroom floor. She also told me how to care.
Because the child needs to be flushed with milk, the water consumption is relatively large, and the water is a bit buckled... The first time I asked for water, I told us that there was a bottle at the elevator entrance that I could pick it up. As a result, I didn’t have a bottle. I just went out the next day and went to the lobby on the first floor to pick up a few bottles.
There are a lot of people for breakfast, there is no place, I am alone and no waiter to guide the seat, I waited for a table to end the dinner plate and put my own thermos cup down to occupy the seat. As a result, the family next door said that they occupied their position. Very speechless.
It may be that there are many people in the New Year... I usually go out and get used to the whole season and Mercure. I don't feel that the service here is so good and needs to be strengthened.

I was very lucky to stay in this hotel. First of all, the experience Hanting gave me was so great. It has really improved a lot in the past few years. I have stayed here a few times before and the feeling is average. This time I chose Hanting in both Linzhou and Sanmenxia. The improvement in health facilities and services is visible to the naked eye. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, with a smile Warm and friendly, this is the first impression of a city. My good impression of this city comes from that smile. The parking lot behind the hotel is large, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The room is clean and tidy. I just suggest that the pillows should be half high. Yes, or I am one pillow short and two pillows tall. I would like some suggestions, but I solved the problem by putting a bath towel under one pillow. Several restaurants downstairs are also very good, delicious and not expensive. I stayed there for three days and went to Dayu Mountain, Sanmenxia Dam, Swan Lake Park, Yanhuang Highway, Shaanzhou Dikengyuan, Yellow River Park, etc. I was surprised. The environment in Sanmenxia is really good. After I went home and looked at **, I realized that Sanmenxia is actually only a fifth-tier city. When I got out of the expressway and entered the city of Sanmenxia, I felt that it was at least a third-tier city. I will go there again next time and choose this Hanban restaurant. court

The location is excellent, the parking is convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the opposite is eating, drinking and having fun. The most important thing is that the front desk is great.
