The hotel was stylish and the staff was friendly. I made a mistake and double-booked my reservation, and it was not possible to cancel on the Trip.com site, but thanks to the kindness of the hotel, I was able to cancel.

The hotel is generally very good in terms of price and performance. I liked it very much. It is 3 minutes walking distance from Urfa Balıklı Lake. I came from Adana and stayed there. If I come again, I would choose this place again. The staff are very attentive and friendly.
