Non ho soggiornato presso la struttura, per cui la mia recensione riguarda solo il processo di prenotazione. Se prenotate in questo hotel con cancellazione gratuita, FATE MOLTA ATTENZIONE. Al momento della prenotazione, prelevano dalla carta la metà dell'importo della prenotazione. Peccato che se cancelli entro i termini della cancellazione gratuita, non rimborsano subito. Io ho cancellato la prenotazione da TRE SETTIMANE e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso!! Gestione poco seria e personale piuttosto maleducato, che non da alcun tipo di spiegazione né offre soluzioni. Al limite del fraudolento.

I was very disappointed by this last stay: having already been there last year, everything went really well and I really enjoyed the weekend, although we didn't see anyone at reception. This time, still no one at reception, the room was clean but nothing more (hair in the shower, stains on the sheets) and the door to the room no longer opened when we returned in the evening (opening with a code): we had to fight for more than an hour on the phone with the lady at reception (very unpleasant) who told us that we had the wrong code and that we would have to wait. She finally came after 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting in the entrance hall to bring us a key. Honestly I don't know if I will come back, although the location is really great

Good location, but only that. They don't tell you at any time that they don't make your room or change your towels. Small room and barely a closet to put clothes. Just a coat rack. You don't interact with anyone because there is no receptionist. Terrible wifi.

Cozy place in the center of San Sebastián, the location is a 10 but I can't say the same about the service. In the room I had the sink was not working, I contacted the girl at the establishment who kindly offered me another room over the phone. In the new room the air conditioning did not work and since we were cold we decided to stay in the previous room and the girl told us that the next day she was going to send someone to fix the sink. Nobody came and while we were in the room, another couple entered with the same opening code. Obviously there was no record that we were there. Another important detail is that there is no wifi. Management, cleanliness and service should be greatly improved.
