Avevo prenotato 2 notti per mio marito e il collega a Sanremo per un convegno. Purtroppo il treno da Milano delle 20.00 non è partito e quindi sono dovuti partire la mattina seguente in auto, avvisando l'hotel che però alle 22.30 ha tempestivamente comunicato in modo scortese che la prenotazione era concellata e che avrebbero addebitato l'intero soggiorno. Dovendo comunque dormire la notte seguente hanno chiesto di poter usufruire delle camere prenotate ma guatfa caso non erano più disponibili (?? vendute nel giro di poche ore??) ed è stata proposta una "suite" (divano letto in cucina, non certo una suite)!! con una differenza di prezzo. Per non parlare del parcheggio a pagamento per il quale hanno preteso altre 15€ per avere sforato 4 ore dall'orario di check out!.....Insomma che dire, decisamente da evitare per la scortesia e la poca disponibilità verso il cliente.
