un posto veramente bello. La Signora che lo gestisce e che credo sia la proprietaria è stupenda e gentilissima. L'hotel è solo un tre stelle ma secondo me vale molto di più. Le camere sono spaziose e quelle con il terrazzo sono veramente belle ed anche curate. La pulizia è impeccabile. La colazione è ottima e varia tra dolce e salto. L'accoglienza per i motociclisti è favolosa; e che dire della piscina... un plus da fare invidia ai 5 stelle. Siamo stati cosi bene che ho riprenotato un altro week end per agosto...

Très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer. literie confortable avec oreillers supplémentaires. Il manquerait juste de quoi poser les trousses de toilettes dans la salle de bain et un porte serviettes autre que le radiateur séchant. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans l'hôtel Miramare juste à côté (traverser le parking) qui fait partie de la même suite d'hôtels. Luxury suites propose 3 gammes de prix avec 3 bâtiments différents : Miramare noté 5 étoiles où se prend le petit déjeuner sur une terrasse face à la mer. un second établissement et un dernier où nous avons séjourné. L'hôtel dispose de places de parking à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (fermé avec portail) un peu juste cependant. l'accueil est super, chambre très propre, bien insonorisée. L'emplacement est parfait, à peine 50 m de la zone piétonne et de la plage.

Prices are where they are because of the level of the hotel. Building itself is fantastic and located beautifully in Sanremo. The public areas are lovely too. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff are very polite and accommodating. But the small of things can be fixed and improved: no additional plug sockets for your electrical appliances. Shower shelf is way too high and only shower gel provided (no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner). Hair dryer is way way out of date. Closet still has those old hotel hangers so you don’t steal the hanger. One window missing entire curtain so no privacy. Sofa bed is not a sofa bed and shouldn’t be used for 3rd person. Mini bar fridge doesn’t even fit in the mini bar cupboard so just dumped on the side. Worst of all: heating gets switched off at night and AC unit not working. They seem to be cutting corners here and could do so much better. Shame

We kind of got a bad feeling from arrival at the Hotel when we were told they don’t provide assistance with luggage, 16 stairs to climb with luggage was not a good start while the two front office staff sat behind the counter offering no assistance or help. This was followed by a issue in regards to beach access, the hotel web site states beach access courtesy of Hotel, be but we were informed they charge 45 EUR a day, the young girl girl working at the reception told us this is alway a problem with guests and the hotel should update its website. In the end we walked across the road to the club to find they only charge 22 EUR a day for two sun beds and an umbrella, it seems the hotel puts a 100% mark up on the price they charge. In the end we walked 300 meters along the beach and found a great beach club charging 14 EUR for two guests and spent our week there with a better beach and great restaurant and bar for lunch. Rooms are good size and bright but the hotel is poorly managed with staff not providing any levels of service. Breakfast is poor and impossible to get coffee. HK vacuuming corridors outside guest rooms late at night, all showing little management of the hotel. There are better options including Hotels with pools that we will book for our next visit to beautiful Sanremo.

I just want to thank everyone at miramare for the most incredible trip. As soon as we reached San remo from nice we were treated with the best service the whole stay. Although the rooms were small and there was no restaurants in the hotel, the staff made it up by being incredibly kind and wonderful to be around. They helped plan every minute of our trip; where to visit what to eat there and everything we could do. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. Elizabeth ,who still checks on us weeks after we left the hotel, always planned with us in the morning and even helped us book our next hotel. She was the sweetest and made sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t thank her enough. Venessa the manager, assisted in us in every way we needed and was also helped us so much. The breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and made the food perfect. This is a charming hotel with lots of character. There is a lovely garden at the front with covered seating and play area for children. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for access to the train station and the town. Large rooms and modern bathrooms with an elevator to all floors. We have really enjoyed our stay here and happily recommend it. Also good restaurant nearby.
