Nos hospedamos en este hotel para nuestra boda y la experiencia fue pésima. Reservamos una suite para prepararnos el día de la boda, pero la puerta de la habitación no se abría. La única solución que nos ofrecieron fue una habitación inferior, justo al lado de la habitación del novio, donde ni siquiera había espacio para colgar el vestido de novia. Cuando pregunté dónde podía colgar el vestido, me dijeron que lo colgara en la ducha, lo cual es inaceptable. Después de dos horas de discutir con el personal, finalmente lograron abrir la habitación y pudimos prepararnos. Al día siguiente, mientras recogíamos nuestras cosas, la puerta volvió a no abrirse, dejándonos sin acceso a nuestras pertenencias. A pesar de pedir que no entraran en la habitación hasta que pudiéramos sacar nuestras cosas, el personal ignoró nuestra solicitud y entraron de todas formas, lo cual es ilegal. Nos llamaron siete horas después para informarnos que habían sacado nuestras cosas y que estaban en recepción. En definitiva, este hotel deja mucho que desear. El trato fue pésimo y la gestión de la situación, inaceptable. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

The stay was disappointing as we had no water on the first night and the second day no hot water. We request a full refund of the stay, as this are the most basic services to be provided at a hotel. Looking forward to a resolution at your earliest. Regards, Nicolas

I had a problem in sleeping. It was by a group of young people and girls from some ultra group that were making noise until 2 a.m., with songs and screams. No one told them anything. I think it's a quiet place and it must remain. The hotel is very good and very serviceable, though scarce.
