Pet friendly Hotels San Jose

I've been here a few times, and this time I'm here. The chain has changed the management team from the previous stay bridge, and some services and charging standards are also different. The parking fee is quite surprising to me.

Hotel bed is very comfortable

The breakfast is terrible, there are only two choices, and the taste is not good. After staying for a few days, the room was not cleaned one day, and the service was mediocre. Overall the price/performance ratio is not high.

After staying for three days during the epidemic, public facilities such as hotels and restaurants were closed, including room service, and the experience was average. It was originally for the Westin brand, but the hotel is really too long. Both the appearance and the hotel facilities are relatively old. Seeing Marriott across the street is very new, don't ask me why I didn't choose Marriott, because I didn't see it when I booked the hotel! The only advantage is that the room is fairly spacious and comfortable.

The AC is not cooling well. It doesn’t feel like the temperature we set it to. Not bad for one night stay though.

Everything was good but check out was a disaster. They charge me incidentals we didn’t consume and took 20 full minutes to clarify on our favor.

Very nice spot! Had one loud night from the neighbors but besides that, a very clean, accessible place to stay near the airport. Would rebook!

Very satisfied. I didn't expect that a hotel with only three stars would be so clean beyond imagination. Even the refrigerator was very clean. Don't ask me how I know because my cat ran on the refrigerator and I thought it was dirty so I thought of wiping it with a wet wipe. Unexpectedly, it was not dirty at all. The room is very large and very suitable for families with many children. You can also cook. Even detergent and kitchen paper are provided.
