During my recent trip to San Jose, I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta San Jose Airport Hotel. From the onset, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The rooms boasted a modern design, were impeccably clean, and provided all the conveniences essential for a traveler. Its proximity to the airport made travel logistics a breeze, yet the soundproofing was commendable as I had an uninterrupted night's sleep. The hotel's dining options catered to a variety of tastes and were a delightful surprise. Very close to the airport, with free shuttle bus, and a Japanese restaurant about 10 minutes walk away. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, the road is wide, there are some companies, no homeless, and it is relatively safe.

When the SID exhibition was approaching, the boss suddenly asked me to go on a business trip to attend the exhibition. I had to make a high-priced reservation, but the result was extremely disappointing: 1. Hygiene: There was a strange smell as soon as I entered the room 2. Service: Except for the black girl at the breakfast bar who was a little enthusiastic, everyone else ignored me 3. Breakfast quality: There were only croissants, tea, coffee, and fruits. The fruits were all rotten, and the oranges were simply moldy on the skin.

I love the hotel, very clean, tidy, easy access and honest.

The room is OK. If you feel it is not good, you can change it at the service desk after entering the door and before touching anything. In general, the facilities are good and the service is OK (don't compare it with the high standards in China). You can walk around the University of San Jose. There are not many restaurants around (or it is more accurate to say that there are none), but you can find something to eat at the airport

The room is spacious and the hotel environment is good. The cedar trees here are huge. It is very close to the airport.

Very clean, the front desk staff is very nice, and most importantly, she told me that there is a free minibus to the airport at 4 am. Superb 👍
