Very new but the service is not up to date
Hygiene is also worrying. Food is still confiscated in the refrigerator.

酒店不錯，乾淨整潔，很安靜，早餐也不錯，住着很舒適！臨時換到這家酒店看來是非常正確的決定，值得推薦！

The hotel is nice, clean and tidy, very quiet, the breakfast is also good, and the stay is very comfortable! Changing to this hotel temporarily seems to be a very correct decision and it is worth recommending!

Facilities: Close to the airport, convenient to downtown

Hygiene: The room is very clean and the surrounding environment is very clean

Service: The front desk has a good attitude, high efficiency, and the housekeeper is also very friendly. The only drawback is that there are no disposable slippers provided, and there are none at the front desk.

Lovely room with a HUGE bed, plenty of towels for the bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. The pillows were very comfy too, along with a great mattress, outlet ports beside the beds worked too. The staff were lovely aswell. 

If I’m ever back in San Jose, I’ll be looking to book here again, highly recommend!!

It's close to the highway and has convenient transportation. The service at the counter is good, but the service at breakfast is not so good. Just like American hotels, the facilities are a little longer, but overall they are pretty good. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is very strong, which is more comfortable.
