Hotel is new, clean, very comfortable, great beds and pillows but it is the amazing staff that makes the guests feel amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to take care of the guests. Highly recommend this place. Oh, their rum punch is so welcome after a long day of exploration. Sitting on the terrace and sipping rum punch is the best.

We enjoyed our stay at the West House boutique Hotel. The location in San Ignacio is close to restaurants. The hotel spotless and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Not ADA compliant but good hotel
No elevator. Had to carry all cases up and down. Shower turns cold after first person to shower. Then need to wait 2 hours . Rooms were large, but they should put more seating like small sofa and coffee table. Location is good, in town of San Ignacio. Tiny village.

The West House Boutique Hotel was wonderful. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Facilities were modern and clean with excellent A/C. I would highly recommend.

Staff are excellent. Friendly and professional. They went out of their way for us during a tropical storm. Drove us to dinner at a resort when no taxis were available. Very comfortable hotel. Nice big well air conditioned room. Would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood around hotel is lively. Lots of restaurants and bars.

A pristine new property! Love the aircon, big patio/balcony with fans & hammock, little bar, great beds, lovely staff- overall a great experience. Erva’s for dinner & Pops for breakfast!!

This is not an hotel, it’s an over-priced guest-house. Want a coffee to kick off your day? Wait till the nearby coffee shop opens to the public

Well managed hotel Courteous and helpful staff Good location…welcome drink was nice. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown Spacious and clean room with nice balcony with sitting area…beds are amazingly comfortable. Bathroom and facilities are new. No breakfast but there is a good (expensive ) coffee shop downstairs
