😘Fornella - what else 👍 Wie jedes Jahr waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden. Wir waren wieder insgesamt 8,5 Wochen dieses Jahr auf unserem Lieblingsplatz und es war sehr schön. Leider hat sich die Gastronomie verändert. Mit QR Code im schönen Italien bestellen zu müssen, finden wir nicht so toll. Im 5 Sterne Bereich ist das auch in Italien absolut nicht üblich. Aber wahrscheinlich sind wir zu alt und müssten uns anpassen 😭 Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen und versuchen jetzt schon alle Fornella Termine mit den vielen netten Leuten am Platz abzustimmen. Es ist wie eine grosse Familie😘 Danke Fam. Cavazza und Team

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Une première mention spéciale au personnel d'une très grande gentillesse et toujours très prévenant. Des remerciements particuliers aux deux jeunes femmes qui gèrent le bistrot : bravo et merci. Un autre grand merci à la jeune femme de l'accueil qui parle parfaitement français (ses collègues sont également très bien). Un dernier merci au personnel du restaurant (et en particulier au serveur qui s'occupait plus spécialement de nous) : nous étions en demi pension mais accompagnés de notre chienne nous n'avions pas accès au restaurant principal mais c'était probablement encore mieux d'être installés à une table du bistrot, grâce au service très personnalisé que nous avons eu. Merci à tous. Merci aussi au chef cuisinier pour l'excellente nourriture très variée : un vrai bonheur... sans oublier la qualité du petit déjeuner. notre petit bémol est la situation de l'hôtel, un peu excentré par rapport aux centres d'intérêt touristiques dont le port de Portese. Entre 1 et 1,5 km de marche avec des rues parfois très pentues. Une ballade néanmoins agréable pour les marcheurs . nous n'avons pas pu tester le centre de bien être malheureusement (à cause de notre animal de compagnie qui refuse de rester seule). Dommage car il semble très intéressant. Globalement nous recommandons vivement cet établissement surtout pour son personnel vraiment accueillant.

Wij, mijn partner en ik, verbleven hier eind september 2024 voor een week. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is schoon, voorzien van een badkamer, bureau (één stoel) en een balkonnetje met daarop een klein zitje. Wij hadden het geluk dat wij aan voorkant van een mooi uitzicht konden genieten. Van de wellness en spa hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt, wel van het mooie buiten zwembad. Het ontbijt is prima, goede sortering en voorzien van verse producten. De locatie van het hotel is goed, op loopafstand naar het meer en op een paar km van diverse leuke plaatsjes. Desondanks toch een paar aandachtspunten, de kamer vinden wij aan de krappe kant en er is geen koffie / thee aanwezig! Vreemd voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse. Waterkoker wel te leen via receptie, twee theezakjes meegekregen waarvoor wij achteraf €8,- moesten betalen (2 x €4,-)!! De eindafrekening klopte niet, drankjes vanuit het restaurant op de rekening terwijl daar niet zijn geweest. Honden worden toegelaten in het hotel, wat wij een minder fris idee vinden. Voor het parkeren onder het hotel wordt een ruime toeslag berekend.

Per il mio compleanno, mia moglie mi ha regalato un momento di relax al Centro Wellness e SPA del Camping Fornella. Accoglienza calorosa e super professionale. Il centro offre ottimi servizi, pulizia e una vista notevole. Un grazie particolare a Isabella, che con il suo massaggio energico ma anche delicato ci ha regalato mezz'ora di pura estasi. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, anche della Hostaria Muur: abbiamo mangiato e bevuto bene in un ambiente raffinato e cordiale. Torneremo di certo e lo consigliamo

The location is great, the customer service not at all. Another negative thing was that this is a dog camp. 50 percent of the visitors had dogs with them, which is nice, but the barking during quiet hours doesn't make it any more pleasant. There is only one garbage station, which you have to walk across the entire campsite to get to. I've been told this is due to a vermin problem. We booked a week and suggested that we might leave a day early, but we didn't. The result was that we were thrown out of the site and didn't get our money back. The reception manager commented that she didn't care. It's a shame, the location is nice, but there's more to it than that.
