Facilities: You need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower gel. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The hotel's Wi-Fi signal is very poor and intermittent. You can only read text messages when you connect.
There is no mineral water in the room. There is only ice water with fruit in the lobby on the first floor. It is often quickly filled by guests, and you have to wait for a while to refill the water.
Hygiene: It is cleaned every day, which is good.
Environment: The hotel is in a good location and is close to the food mall in Little Italy. However, the sound insulation of the ventilation window is not very good. You can hear the outside noise at night. If you have requirements for sleeping, it is recommended to think twice.
Service: The attitude is very good. If there is any problem, they will try their best to help solve it. Except for the problem of Wi-Fi connection, the staff solved it quite smoothly.

Hotel looked remodeled. Friendly staff. You do hear when other rooms are using water but we were barely in the room to care too much. There is a parking charge which is also a huge bummer but becoming pretty standard unfortunately. Wouldn’t stay again for what we paid but nice and clean hotel.
Decided to do a staycation using my tripcoins. Easy check-in, friendly staff, room was very clean, and quick check-out. I had no issues or problems during my stay. Another reason to book with this hotel is that there is no resort fees or parking fees like most hotels in San Diego. A few nitpicky details that I should include is that the proximity to the 15 freeway is very noisy. The breakfast buffet on the weekend was okay and nothing to rave about, but the weekday hot-meal breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay here again.

Margaritaville Hotel San Diego offers guests a fun, beach-inspired atmosphere with vibrant decor and upbeat music. Although some travelers have raised concerns about the hotel's extra fees, its prime location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms are often praised.
The rooftop bar and pool, complemented by live music, are standout features that elevate the overall experience, despite occasional service challenges. Guests have consistently appreciated the friendly staff and the hotel’s cleanliness, which together help create a welcoming and enjoyable environmen

Good facilities
1. Bad service, they don't clean the room daily, they don't make the beds or change towels
2. Excessive parking costs, $65 a day, a rip-off. THEY DO NOT HAVE PARKING
3. Terrible internet, it doesn't work
4. Excessive deposit on the credit card, $150 a night, they don't refund it
5. TOO MUCH HOMELESSNESS OUTSIDE

It's very convenient to go to the airport, about 10 minutes' drive. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport every half an hour. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are still relatively convenient and hygienic.
It is near Highway 805, surrounded by Qualcomm, Samsung and Sony office buildings. The hotel environment is very quiet. It is very convenient to go to Westfield UTC for shopping and eating. It is a 10-minute drive and a 20-minute drive to the city attractions. The service staff are very good! The facilities are clean and parking is $15 per day. Recommended for business parents and children

Check-in at 1 am is OK, but the big bed was not cleaned, so I changed to a twin bed and it felt bigger. It is close to the road, so it is almost noisy. The air conditioning system can cool and heat well, except that it is a little dark without a ceiling light. I have a lot of luggage, and the aisle is not big enough for 28 boxes + walking. The voltage is low. The kettle I brought from China boils less than 100 degrees, but it is no problem to heat it to 50 degrees. There is a microwave and orange water in the lobby.
