"Even though I gave them a score of 4, if the is an overall rating I would give a 3. They messed up my reservation. I booked a king bed with bay view but instead they put me in a room with 2 double beds and the view was the back of a tennis/pickle ball court. Room was on first level of Lanai tower near end of the hallway close to stairs so high foot traffic so noise come from everywhere, footsteps from second level, hallway, and from outside balcony.☹️ Not worth the room price per night"
