The hotel is old, but it didn't scare me. It's well preserved, it's cool, clean, and the room we chose had a fantastic view, film! Every cent worth it! The staff's service was great. I recommend the hotel very much! We've done almost everything on foot. Very, very, very good!

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel Yes, the location is good, but so many other things were tired and hopelessly dated. I can’t remember when I have ever stayed in a hotel anywhere that did not have individual temperature controls in the room. The shower was very slippery and the water temperature was uneven. The bathroom amenities were minimal, given the price for the rooms. And instant coffee in the room?? Every other hotel we stayed at in Argentina had a Keurig or Nespreso machine. Finally, we are becoming accustomed to finding USB ports in hotel rooms for our devices and there were none. Fortunately I had my own adapters, because the hotel had run out of them. I believe this hotel has a 4-star rating, but this was no 4-star experience. Also I reached out to this hotel several times via email and had no reply. There was no manager available during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent  Rooms had an amazing view with a hot tub/jacuzzi in each room by the window overlooking the view of the mountains/lake. Bed was very comfortable. Internet could be a little slow at times. Food was excellent, breakfast was very good. A very relaxing stay with rooms with a view to die for. We had rooms in the 3rd block the higher up you go the better the view. 05 rooms have a jacuzzi in the bay window of the room overlooking the lake. Would most certainly come back.   .

Me encanto. Fuimos en familia. Reservamos una habitación que incluía un dormitorio con cama Queen (era grande) muy cómodo, un tapanco con dos camas individuales y en el espacio de sala comedor frente a la tele hay un sofá cama. Hay cocina con refri, etc etc. El cuarto tiene baño privado y el agua sale bien calientita. El lugar es muy bello. Tiene un parque con árboles. Hay spa, piscina, biblioteca, lobby con sofás, mesa de ping pong y un comedor donde sirven desayuno a muy buen precio. Me parece una opción muy buena. Con un precio equilibrado comparado con otros alojamientos en Bariloche que son muy caros, y lo caro no asegura la calidad. Para llegar al centro, hay que caminar alrededor de 11 minutos, pero fuimos con auto, así que estuvo genial. L@s chicxs de la recepción son muy amables. Lo recomiendo mucho.

It really depends what room you get. I was twice there. The first time I booked lake view and got a room on the 5th floor with a great view to the lake an mountains. The room was quite large and comfortable. The second time I booked city view. The room was very small, noisy from the street and less comfortable. For the small price difference you should book the lake view room and ask for a room in the upper part of the building. The facility is generally a bit outdated.

The location is not bad, it is close to the urban environment near the lake. The room is very spacious and hygienic. It is also very good. The new hotel sanitary equipment is definitely no problem. The service is a little worse. It may be that the service staff asks too little, so the service can’t keep up. There is no relationship between fixed doormen. After all, a 5-star hotel has to leave its own luggage. It’s too much to say that it’s too late. The front desk also feels that it has not reached the scale of 5 stars.
