Pet friendly Hotels San Bernardino

The hotel was really nice the staff was very nice the rooms was clean and Disinfected smell very clean I

I ordered a medium rare hamburger and there was NO pink at all. Definitely well done. For the price I expected better. The bed was comfortable and room temperature nice. However, I specifically asked for a tub as I needed a good soak. The tub did not hold water. i.e. the drain continuously drained slowly, so I needed to keep adding water. Not great in a drought. The toilet paper holder was not well anchored to the wall so it would spin and the T.P. fell on the ground more than once. There were no towel racks near the tub/shower. I finally noticed the hooks on the back of the bathroom door. Not very convenient for stepping out of the tub/shower and not dripping water all over the floor.

The hotel is a little further to the west in Redlands. The surroundings are very quiet, not far from Route 10. It only took me an hour or 15 minutes to drive to Santa Monica. It is really comfortable to sleep, that is, there are two bottles of water from staying to leaving! A bit stingy. To be honest, I do n’t like LA very much, there are a lot of things to eat, drink and play, just a little less nostalgia. The hotel's value for money is still very high, compared to more than a thousand motels, I think it is still good

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff in their house are very kind and enthusiastic. There does not seem to be a twin room. Only a large bed, with a foldable sofa bed. But the quality of the sofa bed is not good and it is difficult to sleep. It is not a person who needs to be cautious about booking. Breakfast and happy hour on weekdays are standard for this brand hotel, and it’s okay! There are openers, Panda Restaurant, and many western restaurants nearby. Eating is relatively convenient!

The kitchen that was the main reason I book this hotel, and she didn’t disappoint. I had everything I needed ! I loved the complimentary dinner and breakfast offered (dinner mon-wed I believe) also the laundry room. The parking was awful haha but no complaints here luckily everything else outshined that also the front desk woman was very sweet and made me feel comfortable I wish I could remember her name but I know her last name was 3 letters long :

This Motel 6 was the scariest place I have ever stayed. The premises and parking area were filthy with garbage. The guests that stayed there were borderline homeless. There was no microwave, hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner and no coffee maker. I believe they were not provided because guests probably steal them. We had enough bath towels for 2, but not enough hand or washclothes. The bedding had burn marks on them. I do believe the room was clean, but that was it. I would not stay here again or even in the city of San Bernardino. Check in was through a walk up slot, not inside the lobby.

Had a great stay. Quick and easy check in and very accommodating and friendly staff. Lot of restaurants in walking distance. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you

The hotel is rundown and should not cost the price one pays. Breakfast is poor. It’s not a full breakfast. No pool no hot tub no computer area and no eating outside on a patio. The pictures of the property are very deceiving as well as the beds are hard with very old linen and sheet as your bedspread. Water stains in the ceiling. No Managers on duty. No accountability. I called and they said there was nothing they could do because no manager was on duty. They did not make my stay right even after I called Best Western Customer Care. Next is the health department with a hot tub with brown water with everything under sun floating in it. Don’t wast your time or money. I’m debating on going to a chain of hotels I can no longer trust. I might have to cross this off my list. I do hotel ratings for my business. 30 years of customer service and doing audits.
