We stayed here because we are renovating my house in the area. We had gutted the only bathroom so we stayed at this hotel. When we made a trip to home depot to pick up some things around 4 pm, we decided to stop and check in to get the keys so we would have them later as we got 2 different rooms and would be going back to the hotel at different times. We never went in or checked the rooms after getting the keys, my mistake. When I arrived back at the hotel it was midnight, I gathered all my things (I had a handful) I proceeded to go to my room. When I walked in, it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests! The king size bed was a mess, towels on the floor, etc. So I went to the front desk and told the clerk in which he didn't seem to really care. He said they had no other rooms with a king size bed in which I had booked, instead I got a room with two doubles in which was mediocre in cleanliness. The air vents were filthy and had never been dusted, hair stuck to the wall above the shower, food or stains on the wall, etc. Just really gross! I took it because I was tired, we had been working and painting etc. all day and I just wanted to shower and go to sleep. The next morning upon checkout I told the clerk who had checked us in the day before about the incident. She apologized said they just assume that their housekeepers are doing their jobs. But then did nothing for us, but offer to do something next time if I see her. What kind of response is that, there WONT be a next time at this facility. No discount on the room, no added points, etc. for my inconvenience for their failure to do their jobs. I am a Elite Platinum rewards member and use Choice hotels regularly. I am very disappointed. This was not up to their standards and the service and attitude of it's employees sucked to say the least.

Upon recommendations through Priceline, we booked this hotel for 2 nights. Front desk asked for an additional $60 deposit. Upon going to our room, we noticed parking scarce because there are lots of construction trucks that take up several spaces. Below us, we noticed the hotel door was open and there were men smoking, drinking and staring at us, and beer caps and empty beer cartons were littered all over the steps. I also noticed there is also A “Love Erotica” establishment behind the hotel. Upon entering the room, the door had a large gap in it when I tried to shut it, and furniture appears to be chewed on with stains on the bedspread. After hearing a noise, I see a man standing outside. I called Priceline and they said the manager would be in, so call back in 30 minutes. We left the room and to feel safe, we went back to the lobby where I waited the 30 minutes and then, the front desk employee, Sam told me no manager was coming in. Priceline said they were lying and to leave. I drove around at 11:30 at night trying to find a safer hotel. Priceline nor Quality Inn medical city San Antonio will refund my money! Neither company cares about service received, only my money! This is the first hotel review that I have ever written as I hope to save someone else time, money and headache! I will never trust or use Priceline or Quality Inn again especially the Quality Inn Medical City San Antonio!

5/5 Excellent hotel, clean. I stayed on an out and back from Phx to Fla in Oct/18 and then again on the way back to Phx in Dec/18. I made the reservation on Bring Fido. A shout out to Gary Lundberg for the excellent check in on both occasions after long drives and late arrivals. Gary was patient and professional, which made staying an easy choice the second time. He's an asset to the property and company! On the down side, parking is limited due to the property size. Getting in and out of a hotel on 1604 is not easy either, however, it's clean and quiet. As for pet friendly, not many areas to exercise the pooch, but for a one night stay it works fine.

My experience was a wonderful stay, the room is newly remodeled, excellent carpeting, and furnishings - all the rooms here are suites. The owners (Asif and Mohammad) are often on site, the Manager, Karim, is the finest hotel manager I have ever encountered, he is very dedicated, professional, speaks several languages, and he works well with his staff. They serve up a great hot breakfast, which draws people to this hotel – as other hotels provide nothing or just a snack bar that taste like cardboard. This hotel features a nice barbecue area with a large smoking grill, a nice swimming pool, and one of the cleanest/finest lobbies you will encounter in a hotel. All the staff here are great, and many speak Spanish, English, Arabic, and some French as well. If you want to feel like you are at home, stay at the Quality Inn, I-35 North, San Antonio, Texas. Good hotels are scarce in this area, this place is a diamond in the desert. Very Respectfully, Dr. Christopher Weber.

I have stayed at the Quality Inn many times and it never lets me down. I am always floored by the exceptional customer service and cleanliness of the Inn. Initially walking inside I'm always welcomed with many greetings and smiles from the staff. Mrs. Chris especially seems to genuinely care about everyone staying there, she goes above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible during my stay. Apart from the staff the rooms are always exceptionally clean and beautifully put together. They have great amenities like an indoor pool that's accessible in the winter as well as in this hot summer heat. I recommend this Inn to anyone and guarantee you will have an amazing experience just like me.
