The beds were a bit soft but comfortable and the A/C control was manageable! The breakfast was very good as well. The eggs may have been a bit watery, but loved the waffle makers! The coffee machine was a great addition which normally is a sad matter. This one was an enjoyable experience!

My stay at this location was going well… Until I found a roach in my room. I had already stayed a few nights, And I ended up getting DoorDash for dinner. I had some food in a brown paper sack on the counter overnight I believe the smell of the food lured the roach out of the wall. I called the front desk and they said they would call the exterminator. That was the extent of their response. I left the smash bug on a piece of paper in the room for them to see. I ended up checking out one day early and finding another place to stay because of this.

Great location for visiting Lackland Air Force base.Hotel staff knowledgeable a d helpful to families visiting for BMT ceremony. Breakfast was good and swimming pool a plus at the end of hot Texas day. Rates were competitive Rooms have a fridge.

This hotel is a bit older, be sure to bring your own shower stuff. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

The hotel appeared clean as well as our room. Breakfast had a great variety to chose from and area was clean when eating.

The room was a little expensive but the staff was great. Near Lackland AFB, which is why I booked the room here. Breakfast was available at 5:30 Wednesday and Thursday for the guests who would be attending the Airmen Graduation ceremonies on those days. Good selection of food available.

I booked this place because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. They give you a few pages of the graduation layout and share what time you must leave to miss the heavy traffic. They were great! The place had a good TX shaped waffle and the free coffee throughout the day was worth it!

Had a reservation somewhere else for Air Force graduation but heard bad things about that hotel and people speak highly of this hotel. Was very pleased. They accommodate to Air Force graduation. Maps, early breakfast for Wednesday and Thursday. So glad I chose this location.
