Hotel location is very good, although the room is a little small, but value for money, including breakfast, the price is also very good, like breakfast with fresh apples and bananas, hot tea coffee during the day, small daisy tea at night, can Said to be very intimate. The hot water is very strong, the bed is very comfortable, I was worried that it would be a tide before, and the result is not, sleep well! Overall, the waiters are very polite and enthusiastic

We stayed Monday-Friday so my husband could work and had his company Christmas party. Everything was good until day of checkout. My husband had to work, got late checkout approved from front desk, gentlemen said he put a note on the account. At 11:06 housekeeping comes to the door and I explained we had late checkout. 12:00 housekeeping manager comes to the door and very rudely says you have to get out of the room now, I explained my husband was working but would be there soon, she said you have to get out now. The elevator is broke and we are on the third floor, I can’t carry all the luggage snd I have a bad shoulder and back. I go downstairs and ask for help to which she very rudely says talk to the front desk. Luckily, my husband walks in and we go to the room. They had already shut off the key, he goes back down and the guy who approved the late checkout says hes sorry they shouldn’t have done that then he snd the other lady at the desk argue about who is right. We get our stuff and as we are walking out of the room the housekeeping manager and her worker are facing another room, I comment that I have never been treated so poorly and she whips around and says you dont talk to me like that then her worker starts in and both are basically telling me off. We are still trying to wrap our heads around what took place. Unbelievable.

We stayed here to be tourist downtown. Location is great and one of the only hotels downtown that will provide parking. Staff was nice, whoever checked me in was 10/10. We had an AC issue with the room and was able to get a room move easily. During breakfast however, one of the housekeepers went up to us and noticed we were using tongs instead of the spoon to scoop the eggs. Instead of politely pointing it out, the lady with short dyed blonde hair pulled the tongs out of my hands ands rudely said ‘can’t you see there’s a spoon’ and continued to give rude looks with her other housekeeper friend to me. Made breakfast less enjoyable. Because of this experience I leave a 4 because staff service and politeness should be number one on hospitality.
Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio SeaWorld®/Westover Hills
4.2/5102 Reviews
West San Antonio
This hotel is clean, nicely decorated and the staff is helpful. We stayed in a suite with 3 children. The sofa bed was comfortable for the children and the bed linens were clean and in good shape. We asked for extra pillows, and they were delivered quickly with a smile. The free breakfast was good, with hot options of eggs and sausage, as well as a nice selection of breads, cereals and beverage. The parking lot was well-lite and there were no issues. If you are going to Seaworld, this is a great place to stay.

Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Medical Center

South Texas Medical Center
The hotel was exceptional. A few days prior to our stay, I called and spoke with Destiny to ensure all arrangements for our visit were in place, including a special request to be on the first floor. She confirmed that everything was set up as I had asked. She also assured me that we would have hot water, despite a review I read which mentioned a lack of it, and indeed, we had plenty of hot water during our stay. I met Mark (I think that was his name), who was extremely friendly and helpful, even suggesting places to find vegan food. Delicious! I'm rating this four stars solely because the pillows were too soft, we received only three pillows instead of the four I believe should be standard, and the beds were quite firm.
