We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

Really great experience!! Staff was great. Riverwalk next door was convenient!! Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Room was clean. Breakfast and the kickback hour was amazing. Had a really fun and great time for our little mini vacation this weekend. The shops near by were fun to go into and get souvenirs.

We booked this hotel last minute going to San Antonio. We had been to the Riverwalk before and wanted to stay near there this visit. We looked at your usual big name chain hotels but they were either ridiculously expensive or sold out. We booked purely based off of reviews and price. Having never stayed at Drury Hotels before we did not know what to expect. It was a great experience from start to finish. We were greeted by a security guard in the driveway and told us where to go. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and gave us all the info about the hotel. We found out there is a ”kickback” every evening from 5:30-7pm. At the kickback you are entitled to 3 free alcoholic drinks and an array of foods including nachos, hot dogs, bbq pulled pork, salad, baked potatoes, beans and bread. They also have a great complimentary breakfast of sausage, eggs, yogurt, bagels, waffles, biscuits. The room was large in comparison to many of your chain hotels. There is a sitting area, lots of closet space and a sleeping area. Our room had 2 TV's and even though it didn't have a balcony, it did have a river view when you peeked out. This is a great value because not only does this hotel cost less than other Riverwalk hotels...you get so many extras. You cannot beat the bang for your buck you get here. Overall, great stay right along the riverwalk. I look forward to staying at other Drury properties in the future.

The experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.

We loved the location, so close to river walk. We had an awesome time in the swimming pool,. The only thing I didn't like is they charge for every day at parking lot.

This hotel is in a very good location right across the street from the River center Mall and Alamo. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. The only drawback is it’s a little pricey and the fire alarm got accidentally turned on at 7 AM our first morning. The hotel has free coffee, water and tea in your room. There’s also a mini fridge in the room.

Breakfast was fresh and safe. The location conditions were perfect. The service of the hotel employees is very good and they always say hello when they meet. I think it is a very satisfying hotel.

My stay was great,even if it was for just one night,i enjoyed the rest,the service was great,the lady at the front desk was very proffesional,did a great job to make us feel welcome,made sure to ask me,uf there was anything i needed to just call the front desk,i would recommend this hotel ,and trip app, to get the best prices,thank you for making us feel welcome,and we will come back and recommend you guys to ourfriends & family

This was my first at this resort. My husband and I really enjoyed our spa experience. When you book an appointment you have access to the spa pool, steam room and sauna at any time during that day. It was nice they had an adult area and a family area for pool lounging. Having a nature trail was a plus! Plenty to do at the resort, make sure to check the calendar for events happening. The food at Primero cantina was not good and not to my liking. Shuttles are available to La Cantera shops and to fiesta texas. We dined at Signature which was a really great place for a date. The red snapper was delicious! Overall had a great experience.

The rooms were great. We were able to get adjoining rooms . Room location was convenient to the many amenities that are available. The lazy river was fun and refreshing. The Spa treatments were outstanding. The valet service was a little slow, but it was nearly 100 degrees and the parking requires walking back uphill.
