Très bon hôtel. La nourriture est variée et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les soirées à thèmes sont agréables ainsi que les divertissements proposés. Le personnel est serviable et agréable. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Seul point négatif, à 09h pile, les gens installent déjà leurs essuies sur les transats de la piscine et n'y bougent pas de la journée même s'ils partent ailleurs.. résultat, impossible d'obtenir un transat.

Quiero destacar ha este gran hotel don Gregory por el equipazo que tiene de trabajadores empezando por el director mohed que gracias a él le pedí encarecidamente que hiciera una despedida con música y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que la cumplió a raja tabla ahí estaba con dj fue inolvidable jamás lo olvidaré , gracias a esa personas maravillosas que hemos conocido . Andreu,Raúl,libertad,Teresa,lexandro,María, nati Carolina,Menchu,candido, Gracias a todos ellos se han convertido en unas vacacion Inolvidable , y del hotel un 20 estrellas le doy. Han sido unas vacaciones inolvidables con mis amigas . Gracias a este gran hotel con sus maravillosas vistas excelente Comida y sobre todo gracias a la amabilidad y gran profesionalidad de todo su personal desde Libertad en recepción, las risas con Andrew en el aguaying teresa en el comedor por reservarnos la mesa para desayunar todas juntas Esa zona del esnack donde hemos echado unas comilonas increíble atendidas por personas estupendas gracias a todos por ser como sois a Carolina María , Menchú. Raúl. Nati.,Candido, Alina, Yeni...etc,,, Y especial agradecimiento al director Mohed por hacer tan feliz a mi amiga M.Angeles con ésa fiesta de despedida tan genial e improvisada Sois todos beautiful.

FANTÁSTICO HOTEL 😉. Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables disfrutando de éste magnífico hotel. No puedo tener queja. Nos han tratado como reinas TODO el personal, desde el animador, pasando por las camareras, la chica de recepción, el socorrista, la chica relaciones públicas, las camareras de piso, el socorrista y hasta el director. (Todos Fantasticos). La comida muy rica y con sabor, las vistas de las habitaciones espectaculares, pero el trato recibido por todos es lo que merece la pena de éste gran hotel. Sois una gran FAMILIA. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODO 💖. Vuestras amigas Sevillanas os recordaran SIEMPRE. HASTA PRONTO 😊. Recomendable 100%. Sois los mejores de Gran Canarias 😉

Excellent beachfront location with great food prepared by chefs right in front of you. Exceptional service and the hotel itself is very clean and quiet. Drinks at the bar and restaurant were outstanding - handcrafted rather than store‑bought. The premium package is a must‑have. The gym is well equipped and the wellness area was a wonderful addition. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.
