It's all been said before. Great location & facilties. Staff excellent. Meals varied with good buffet selections. A pool view bungalow offers loads of personal space. The spa is a lovely touch. Try for yourself.

Another great holiday here. I can't put my finger on it, but this hotel has just got everything right! Quiet and relaxing, spotlessly clean, staff great and helpful, personalised sunbed allocation, fantastic spa one of the best we've been to! Breakfast has the most amazing choice, agree with the 'allergy ' lady as some foods aren't labelled so it can be difficult to work out what's what. Loved the guitarist Walter Silva, he was stunning and his performance was just magical.

Hotel is fantastic in the perfect location. The gardens lead out to the beach and and promenade which you can safely walk to Playa Del Ingles. Staff very friendly and food choice incredible. Rooms are very spacious and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Loved the fact that you got to choose your sunbed which then was allocated to you for the whole of your stay (so no rushing to reserve in the morning). The Pool area is kept spotless by the lifeguards who are constantly cleaning the mattresses and sun beds. Spa is free to use (except for therapy’s). Food at the pool bar is incredible. Choice of food in the main restaurant is incredible particularly the cheese choices. The only slight negative is that there is no one on the entrance to the main restaurant advise and help new holiday makers with the set up. Would definitely return.

The hotel is lovely,clean,lots to do,nice staff.The reception staff are helpful especially Fabio he goes above and beyond and always with a smile. The rooms are spacious, bedroom and bathroom.Amazing views.Food is good,breakfast and evening dinner.Sunbed system is useless you can not get a bed in a good spot all reserved.Gym and spa fantastic.Location is remote only 2 restaurants in the area worth going to,Loopy's and EL Capitan. Entertainment in the evening is very average.

The hotel was great - they were top notch on cleaning and hospitality- the thing that does let it down is the food and not much choice - they aren’t great with labels or allergies- also the hygiene of the pools let them down - when it was windy and the leaves blowing in the pools they just left it - I can’t fault the room - the room is everything you could as for - The power of the water was great anytime of day - I stayed for 9nights they were really accommodating - what does let them down is a the lack of cocktails on their menu for the all inclusive menu Location wasn’t great there’s not much to do in San Augustin but it is either 50 min walk away down the coast to the main town or it cost me €9.90 in a cab from Maspalomas. The transport is very frequent and you can pay by card - Overall I would come here again if I wanted a week in the resort but not to explore - you may want something closer

This hotel is fantastic. This is the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff are excellent and friendly. The food is very high standards, we lots of choices. The location is perfect. The garden part leads to a nice walk around the coast to various bars. The rooms are very spacious and lovely, you can actually move around the room with ease. The Spa is lovely, free to use with additional cost for message therapy. The reception staff ate very nice. The deco of the hotel is lovely, marble floors and the entertainment bar is nice, the whole experience was very enjoyable. Well done to the team at this hotel for making our stay wonderful.

Recomendable,no le falta de nada,spa gratuito con de todo de 10 a 6,toallas piscina limpias todos los días,hamacas piscina sin madrugones asignadas a la llegada durante toda la estancia 👍. Comida buenísima y variada a elegir 3 sitios, Animación super divertida. A pie de playa con un paseo buenísimo para caminar. Personal de 10 simpatía y profesionalidad. Habitaciones vista al mar,grandes y silenciosas . Todo super limpio Destacar limpieza zonas comunes como baños increíble un 10 Un hotel para recomendar sin duda alguna.

Really impressed. A lovely location, right on the seafront with a lovely beach. The hotel grounds were beautiful, great entertainment (a choice every evening between inside and by the pool bar). The staff are wonderful, the food and choice was really good as well. One of the best all inclusive holidays we have ever had - thank you everyone at the Bull Costa Gran Canaria. Special time 👍
