Beautiful appartment
Beautiful appartment with a lovely pool. 5 mins walk to the beach. We were picked up from the port and given a transfer to the port at the end of our stay. Lots of information on Samos in the room.

No fue fácil encontrar Meltemia , di vueltas y por casualidad y preguntando a otros encontré Studio meltemia No tuve WIFI CARLA NO respondió a mis llamadas cuando más “ LA NECESITÉ “ el cuarto de Baño muyyy Estrecho Y no estaba limpio Tenia de todo gel Productos de limpieza tohallas Pero estrecho y no tan limpio La habitación cómoda y limpia Cocina bien equipada Sala de estar bien Balcón perfecto Jardín y piscina bonito PARA 3 días bien

otel sahipleri samimi ve misapirver insanlar. otel sakin keyifli ve huzurluydi. havuzu ve odalar cok temizdi ve her turlu ihtiyacinizi karsilamaya uygundu. plaja ve gezilebilecek yerlere yurume mesafesinde olmasi da ayri bir avantaj. odalardaki mutfak cok yeterli ve her turlu imkana sahip cok keyifli bir deneyim oldu.

Terrible Studio!! The owner lady was very impolite, charging me for 7 Euro for Aircondition , whithout finally allowing me to use it. She took me the telecontrol. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Only positive was that room was clean NEVER EVER

The property looks good for pictures but that's about it. It is a long walk from the beach and no beach gear is offered. Practically all amenities described are not offered in actuality. No sauna, massage, no "Manager's reception", whatever that means. We couldn't find anyone to check in when we got to the property at 8pm. They apparently complained to the locals about it since we had to knock on their part of the residence (it's a small village) despite the check-in stating 2pm-10pm. For air conditioning you'll have to pay extra. For the same price or maybe a few euros more I would highly recommend one of the hotels closer to the road/beach. Other hotels in the same price range are better suited for strolling and visiting local restaurants/bars/beach. They also had kid friendly pools, unlike this hotel.

A stunning holiday apartment. It’s secluded, pretty and wonderfully well equipped with a spacious sitting room/kitchen and separate large bedroom with space outside to sit and relax under the shade of olive trees. There’s also an excellent swimming pool. Lovely hosts - Carla and Graziano - and 5 minutes walk from beaches, a supermarket and bakery, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast can be provided though we didn’t use that facility. Everything about Meltemia Studios was perfect. I’ll be back!

La Grecia è meravigliosa ed il mio soggiorno presso il Meltemia Studios Samos ha risposto pienamente a tutte le mie aspettative. Molto carino ed accogliente. L'alloggio assolutamente pulito, con tutto il necessario e arredato con i colori della Grecia era spazioso il giusto e funzionale. La colazione offriva tra le altre cose marmellate di ogni genere e fatte in casa... e lo yogurt greco poi...qualcosa di sublime!!! E che dire dei numerosi gattini presenti...erano uno spettacolo ogni giorno...mi allietavano tutte le mattine e il rientro a fine giornata. I proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali. Carla mi ha aiutato nella scelta delle infinite possibilità di visita di Samos. Ho fatto delle belle gite. Spiaggie e panorami da mozzafiato. Dal Meltemia comunque si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in pochi minuti Votsalakia, splendida spiaggia di sabbia. Insomma che altro dire....andate in Grecia e soggiornate al Meltemia Studios Samos. Ne vale davvero la "pena" :-)

Al vele jaren op Samos in Kampos/Votsalakia verbleven. Ons beeld is dan ook veel vriendelijkheid, netheid en schoon. Deze keer een week bij Meltemia geboekt. Qua locatie ligt het wat ons betreft gunstig: je bent zo bij de bakker, vele restaurants of het strand en het ligt rustig. Zwembad is ook oke, Ligbedjes qua plaatsing wat krap. Maar onze ervaring is helaas anders dan de vele positieve ervaringen die we online lezen. Kortaf qua ontvangst. De schoonmaak liet enorm te wensen over. Het appartement was niet schoon. Veel stof ook. Bijvoorbeeld het koffiezetapparaat zat onder het stof en dat is gedurende onze week niet veranderd. Overal verfvlekken op het aanrecht, doucheputje zeef vol haren zodat het water nauwelijks tot niet wegliep, kraan badkamer onder de tandpasta evenals de beker in de badkamer: dikke laag tandpasta op de bodem. En dit zijn maar enkele punten. Verder kon er amper een groet af. Of er werd voorbij je kleine terrasje gelopen zonder je zelfs maar aan te kijken. Dit zijn wij echt niet gewend en vonden dit vreemd. Groette je zelf, kwam er van de heer des huizes vaak wel een korte groet terug, maar meer ook niet. Wellicht scheelt het dat wij geen ontbijt hadden? Maar nogmaals: ook elders nemen we dit niet en is er wel aandacht voor de gast. In een week tijd is ons appartement 1 x schoongemaakt en van de 7 dagen is er ook niet dagelijks het emmertje met toiletpapier geleegd. De schoonmaakster was wel een zeer vriendelijke dame. Wij hebben ons er jammer genoeg niet echt thuis gevoeld. Na een week reisden we door naar een ander appartement waar we wél hartelijk werden ontvangen, een uitleg over het appartement kregen, elke dag kort vriendelijk contact en vooral: schoon! Bij het verlaten van Meltemia is ook niet gevraagd hoe we het ervaren hebben. Kortom: spijtig, maar voor ons geen positieve ervaring.
