So Nice Hotel

He didn't offer a 1 euro discount. He gave me a disabled room when it should have been empty. I'm not disabled. There is no pool, but I saw the pictures on the internet. Extra pool price

Back from 1 day, I have to say a very disappointing holiday regarding the cleaning of the room done only one day in a week because we pointed it out to the assistance. The shower knob was broken, we left and it remained like that. The lock of the glass door of the room located on the ground floor was broken, we reported it, but no one was seen to fix it, we stayed a week with the glass open and anyone could enter. After 3 days we threw the two bathrobes on the floor to have them changed, they took them away and never cleaned them again. The village has no security guard to control, in fact anyone came in and occupied the sunbeds and umbrellas available to us in the village. Even the swimming pool was full of people who do not stay in the village. On Saturdays and Sundays it was a nightmare, the village was full of local people who spent the weekend in our village without authorization, a sea port. In order to use the umbrella, we holidaymakers had to go to the beach at 6.30 in the morning to find a free umbrella, because everyone was already occupied with towels from the night before (a nightmare) In some rooms there was also no hot water or even water due to breakdowns, fortunately at least this didn't happen to us The staff doesn't speak Italian at all and doesn't even understand it The only bar closes at 7.30 pm and it's no longer possible to drink anything Instead, as for the restaurant I have to say that nothing was missing and the food was good, all Italian chefs. The entertainment guys were always present without being intrusive, we played and joked with them, the head entertainer Miko, a great, very good person together with his wonderful staff made us have fun 👏 Thanks also to Rosita from Veratour assistance, she is also always present In this village there is a lot to do and improve, I don't recognize it as a Veratour village, having traveled with them for years both in Italy but especially abroad it has nothing to do I've been home for a day and what I miss is the good food found ready and the entertainment guys😂🥰

Heerlijk Heerlijk rustig gelegen op loopafstand van het centrum. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijke eigenaar, nette kamers met prettig balkon

Konum; yürüyerek 5-10 dk içerisinde plaja ulaşılıyor. Ana yola çıkınca, sağlı-sollu restoranlar var. Kahvaltı kabul edilebilir seviyede. Temizlik ve özellikle ilgi-alaka çok iyi.

We found the hotel manager to be extremely helpful and accommodating to our every request! The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and welcoming. Breakfast was truly inviting: every morning there was something different to complement the usual offerings. The hotel manager was always ready to refill the buffet trays, ensuring we never lacked anything, and the desserts were truly delicious. Parking for our rental car was very convenient, and the directions and suggestions for places to visit that Manos, the hotel manager, offered were very helpful. So, I really give this hotel top marks!
