L'endroit est sympathique, belle vue. Centre ville à 800 mètres et navettes qui desservent les "oeufs". Franchement, très bien. La piscine ressemble à une grande baignoire mais globalement, c'est n'est pas l'attrait n°1 des sports d'hiver. L'appartement est spacieux mais tres vieux. Le frigo fonctionne a peine, la tv se coupe regulièrement mais franchement, ca reste vivable. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Attention, les arrivées sont très mal gérées. 17h. Pas avant hein... 16h59, c'est pas l'heure meme s'il y a une queue de 20 personnes. Et la gérante, ou réceptionniste, on ne sait pas trop, est d'un désagréable... Plus d'une personne ont failli faire demi tour. A moitié autoritaire, a moitié impolie voir agressive. Pas adaptée à la clientèle. c'est vraiment un aspect désagréable

This property is in a location that has ski bus nearby so it is convenient. I don't know if everyone else realizes that the guest needs to clean up the place themselves and get it ready for the next guest. Thought there would be a final clean by the cleaning lady but clearly not. or you can pay for it. Just a reminder in case you don't know this already. The overall communication and follow up is ok.

We rented a one bedroom apartment. It was warm, spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed/pillows and a hot shower. Individual boot room per apartment, dryed everything perfectly for the next days skiing. Bread and pastries to order and delivered daily to reception (except Saturdays) Staff extremely friendly and helpful! 10/10 thank you! Bus stop to the lifts is a stones throw away, 10 minutes to Vercland (best bubble, fast) and a further 5 minutes to Grand massif express (use Vercland) all things considered, great value for money. We will return!

the property was situated not bad for skiing. the shuttle bus stop is just outside the porperty . the pool was cold and sauna just warm. Also, you need to arranged booking for sauna. The cleanininess of the property is poor, it relies on residens cleaning after the the holliday and it is not relaly a professional cleaning , just a quick clean , unfortunately ....

Good accommodation for those on a budget
Good accommodation for the price. Apartment needs redecorating but was clean and warm. Great location with good facilities for families. Pool is good but be warned it is cold. Sauna and steam room lovely.

La résidence est bien située au calme à 700 mètres du centre facilement accessible à pied. Le personnel à l'accueil fait de son mieux pour rendre le séjour agréable. Pour autant, l'intérieur des appartements reste sombre du fait de son caractère "vintage" avec un éclairage minima dans la pièce principale, et un nombre de prises éléctriques qui ne répondent à la norme actuelle. Un seul WC au RDC pour un appartement de type 8 personnes lorsque les chambres sont à l'étage. Quant aux équipements ménagers, ils sont d'un autre temps avec une plaque de cuisson où vous ne voyez plus les repères, un lave-vaisselle dont le séchage est défaillant, une lame de terrasse détériorée qui présente un caractère de dangerosité... tout cela pour dire qu'il faudrait que les investisseurs pensent un peu au confort des résidents, plutôt qu'à la rentabilité immédiate tiré du profit des locations... en activant le processus de remplacement d'équipements qui ont fait leurs temps.
