This is a lesser of the two hotels (the other being across the street). While the rooms were nice, the staff was rude and unhelpful. This made our stay less than stellar. When asked for the nearest ATM, I was told it was a 10 minute cab ride away. In fact, there was an ATM a block or so away from the hotel and clearly within walking distance. I asked the staff for an extra nescafe packet to make in my room, I was told he would bring it up/ I am still waiting.

Потрясающий отель! Потратив минут 10 на поиски отеля через букинг, остановился на этом. И ни разу не пожалел. Находится он, правда, в таком месте, что не каждый таксист знает, но при этом до любой достопримечательности можно доехать за несколько минут. Отель новый. Это понятно по внешнему не обшарпанному виду, и чувствуется по запаху. Очень красивый внутри. Очень уютный. Персонал вежливый. Но! Фитнес, указанный на букинге, ещё не сдан в эксплуатацию. Пришлось отказаться от спорта на время пребывания. Зато суперская (другого слова не подобрал) новая сауна и классный бассейн. Провёл в них целый незабываемый час! Завтрак очень вкусный. Не могу сказать, что крайне разнообразный, но среди всех блюд я нашёл любимчиков - это маленькие круглые пирожные с кремом внутри! Я бы ел их килограммами. Ещё там классная душевая. В номере. Хочется мыться, мыться и ещё раз мыться. Как завещал дедушка… Впрочем он это не завещал. В общем, рекомендую! P.S.: из минусов - отсутствие гладильных досок и утюгов. Их не дают, но могут взять вашу одежду и бесплатно погладить.

Ho soggiornato qui due notti e devo dire che esteticamente l’hotel si presenta molto bene ma alla resa di conti il servizio è poco più che sufficiente. La stanza è piccola ma questo non è un problema se non fosse che dopo alcune osservazioni fatte si abbia provveduto a sistemare la camera ( aggiungere carta igienica, lampadine sul comodino, piumoni dato che il lenzuolo non bastava perché in città è molto freddo)… La colazione nulla di particolare anche se la scelta non è limitatissima. Il personale gentile ma poco reattivo. Mi aspettavo di più da un 4 stelle

We stayed here one night, and that was more than enough. We're not quite sure how this hotel is rated 5 stars. Very uncomfortable bed, no bidet, and breakfast was not great. The room had a safe - but it didn't function. There was only one coffee machine at breakfast, so plenty of waiting was going on, and the seating there was odd and uncomfortable - a lot of couches, not at the right height for the tables. In our room, the tub leaked out all over the floor (from under the tub) when we showered, and we heard that this happened in other rooms as well. The "conditioner" they gave us seemed to be something else - didn't work as conditioner. We've stayed in hotels around the world from 1 to 5 stars, and would put this at a 3. I'd look elsewhere in Samarkand.

Отель не плохой, шикарная входная зона, номера не маленькие, кровать удобная, подушки не очень, слежанные уже. Завтраки нормальные, все чтобы накушаться есть, и яичница и салаты и блинчики с творогом и мясом, чай, кофе для вас приготовят. Очень красивый бассейн, но поплавать в нем не получиться, вода ледяная+ 18 градусов. Мы попросили подогреть, но это невозможно за несколько часов. Есть сауна и хамам( работает тоже только по просьбе гостей). Так, что поплавать и расслабиться в этом отеле нам не получилось. Отель рекомендую.

Overall, this hotel was pretty good. The location is not the greatest, but no more than 10 minutes walk to a street with lots of restaurants. Our room was clean and nice and bright. The bed was comfortable and the towels were good. There was a mini fridge in the room. The TV was a disappointment (not working well). Breakfast was OK.
