It was a terrible experience . We spent two nights . The air conditioning did not work at all. The laundry was not returned with in 24 hours and it was still wet . They also mixed up my laundry with another guest’s laundry . The front desk staff are generally missing most of the time . When they are present , they are very cold and unwelcoming . This is probably the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was not cleaned -unlike normal practice in most hotels . I beg you not to stay here .

Отличное размещение, небольшой приятный отель, предупредительный персонал. Большой номер, хорошая сантехника и мебель. Резерв улучшения завтраков есть. Сейчас выбор довольно обширен, но холодное, кроме кофе из кофемашины. Можно сократить ассортимент, но яйцо должно быть теплым, хорошо бы иметь кашу, не один вид джема (в такой-то стране!) за счет сокращения видов оливок, горячие лепешки/пышки, молоко в свободном доступе (оно есть, но нужно попросить). Рядом есть очень хороший ресторан с очень демократичными ценами - далее по улице - за соседнем отелем.

ХОРОШО - первый завтрак достаточно обильный. да, действительно без изысков и простоват за эту стоимость...., но выбор на любой вкус, попробовали почти все из предложенного и ни разу не вспомнили и не пожалели о съеденном, одним словом для "бутик отеля" приемлемо, а вот для стоимости проживания скорее всего не дотягивал вид из нашего номера "делюкс", из всех трех окон действительно на Регистан, немного мешали провода, ... но куда на Востоке без них))) Действительно есть выход на крышуверанду и вид с нее отличный, но опять с учетом погоды ее преимущества, а уж тем более завтрак были....неактуальны. Предупредительный персонал, просьбы о кулере (именно к нашему приезду температура упала настолько , что потребовался обогреватель), чае и т.д. выполнялись сразу ПЛОХО - на наш взгляд недостаточная уборка номера, т.е. опять же за такую стоимость должно быть лучше (есть с чем сравнить т.к. жили после в отелях Бухары и Ташкента). При заселении обнаружили отсутствие некоторых принадлежностей согласно заявленным 3 звездам, правда после упоминания об этом все сразу предоставили. Огорчил санузел....отсутствовала часть плитки !!! и общее состояние тянуло на Тройку, не более. На второй завтрак в отеле никого кроме нас не было и возникло ощущение, что кормили чем было ...... и почему-то отсутствовало молоко..?? Сам отель выглядит не старым, .....мебель выглядит старше) Одним словом это все таки 2 звезды и нужно привести в соответствие запросы и предложение. Отель не стоит 80$ за сутки.

Nice clean modern hotel, just yards from the Registan. A clear improvement on our stops in Tashkent and Khiva, worth paying a little extra. Good breakfast buffet. But they should get a card machine and stop insisting on being paid in cash, it’s the modern way, even though there are ATMs aplenty in Samarkand now.

The location of this family guest house is absolutely perfect, just steps away from Samarkand’s main touristic highlight, the Registan square. It is also no more than 15 minutes to the bazaar or Amir Timur’s mausoleum. Some of the rooms even feature views of Registan’s madrassahs. But the absolute highlight is the gorgeous rooftop offering the most stunning sunset views. Breakfast is served already from 7 so guests can load up if planning a day trip away from the city. Payment is only accepted in cash but this is clearly communicated upon booking.

Smelt of smoke in the room. Poor view of road and rubbish from room. Lots of Creepy men hanging round In reception. Tried to tell me they don’t take cards. Then said the card machine doesn’t work. In the end they took the card. Avoid this hotel I checked out early

На крыше отеля расположена веранда с видом на Регистан. До входа на территорию ансамбля - пешком 10 минут. На веранду можно подняться в любое время, есть качели и 3 стола. Хороший номер, чисто, очень приветливый персонал. Правда, нет сейфа и чая в номере, но все преимущества перекрывают эти мелочи :) Расположен в переулке, ночью тихо.

Average hotel. Fairly clean. Though expensive for the $60 per night I paid. The front desk clerk claimed the cc machine was not working and when I asked him for a discount if I paid by cash - la behold magically the machine started working. Lies always get caught
