AC did not work properly and 1 day the staff simply turned it off. This is NOT a luxury hotel. Breakfast is not up to luxury standards. May be OK if you are a Central Asian business person. If AC worked it would be an adequate 3 star hotel. Physically the room and bathroom were OK, but without AC, it was not OK. Poor front desk staff attitude who either did not speak English, or more likely, pretended not to. Lower level staff were fine but, understandably, did not speak English which is totally OK. At a luxury hotel in a major international destination, front desk staff should speak English.
