It was great! Starting with the spectacular facade, taxi from the airport. The room is amazing! Clean! Excellent cleaning! Comfortable beds! The room is very bright, lots of mirrors! Everything works. Excellent breakfast! Special thanks for the extension of the room. I wish the hotel further prosperity. Keep it up! Very polite and helpful staff, warm hospitality. A magical fairy tale of Samarkand!

Good service, nice rooms
Very nice hotel with a good bed, nice big bathroom. The pool is nice when you come back after a long warm day.
The staff is very nice and do a very good job. They even pay our taxi to the train station as an exstra service.
The location is not close to the Registan but one hour walk or maximum 10 min. in taxi.

This is touted as a 4-start hotel, which to us was definitely not. The lobby area and lounge are really nice. The rooms and breakfast not. We were in a deluxe king which had 2 twin beds pushed together, a foam-like comforter that was uncomfortable, electrical plugs which did not work or were faulty, and a 1950s iron and ironing board. The bathroom was small, the mounted hand held shower held only pointed to the back wall of the bath/shower which was a real pain. The fluorescent lighting was horrible, and there was a 6-inch silver drain with pop-up top located right in the center of the floor. No washcloths were provided or hooks to hang your robe. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst. Cappuccinos/coffee were horrible, and had to be done by staff. There was a loud teen party going on next to the room where we were having a lecture on the area, which made hearing things difficult at best. The location seemed to be good, as the Registan and Shah-i-Zinda were an easy 15 minute ride away, and are 2 things definitely not to be missed. Make sure to go back at night to see the Registan lit up beautifully. This hotel was booked by the travel company we were with, so I’m not aware of other hotel offerings in the city. But I definitely would not stay here again.

A modern boutique hotel. We travelled here with a group and were lucky enough to secure one of the larger rooms. But they don’t cut it with service and they don’t seem to care about this. For example, we asked for another small chair to be sent to our room (asked of other hotels who always obliged) and there was a flat no. Staff in general were not helpful. Their restaurant service was so slow we gave up and ordered food to our room. On one occasion, when we did eat in their restaurant, the table was so high and my seat was so low that the food bowl was only inches below my face. It was comical. Additionally, there was a poor breakfast selection.

Сама являюсь турагентом,много где бываю,и что видела.Не ошиблась с выбором отеля: встречают в аэропорту(входит в стоимость номера),отличное обслуживание,хорошая уборка,очень доброжелательный персонал,клиентоориентированый,хороший завтрак,есть открытый бассейн(в перерыве между экскурсиями отлично отдохнули),хороший и не дорогой ресторан при отеле.Не скажу,что в пешей доступности от Регистана,но с такси проблем нет,зато после насыщенного экскурсиями дня,приезжаешь в отель как в оазис чистоты и релакса.Спасибо сотрудникам за отдых.
