1. bathtub water flood everywhere in the bathroom
2. Jacuzzi and light in the swimming room didn’t been turned on during working hours, and staff didn’t fix it after reporting the issue

The location is not very good, on a slope. The service staff has a good attitude. The room smells too strong. Not worth 4 stars, not cost-effective.

The room was clean. Fridge in a room. A bottle of water per person everyday. Receptionists speak English. They reply email soon. 30 minutes from tram station. Good Uzbek non bakery is on the opposite side of the road. (Not Samarkand non.It's only sold at the bazar) No supermarket nearby but there are small shops and restaurants. Receptionists are sometimes not there. We didn't see anybody in early morning and late at night. We were leaving 6 am, so we asked them to be there at the time in advance. Breakfast room was spacious. There were vegetables, cheese, sausages, samsa, dumplings, fresh fruit, dried fruit, boiled eggs... One thing I was confused was lever of the shower in our room. When I turned it to red side, the water became cooler, and when turned it to blue side, the water became hotter.

Group of 25 people for 4 nights. Rooms ok but rude, incompetent and unpleasant staff both at reception and at breakfast service. My room card opened all the doors for our group: not very reassuring

I checked in from 25th to 28th of January 2025. It's comfy and clean and the breakfast they served was soo good. You will have an hour free access to the Spa and if you want to use the swimmng pool, you need to book ahead of time to the reception. The staff were polite and is willing to assist. The hotel is a walking distance to Registan square about 20 min walk but is very accessible also if you want to book a Taxi which cost only 10-12,000 SOM.

Good points: good breakfast options, hotel decor was good, rooms good sized
Bad points: Not enough hot water despite multiple requests, there was a leakage in the toilet with all water on the toilet floor.
