Неожиданно хороший, нет просто отличный отель👍🏻 Я люблю путешествовать и останавливалась во многих отелях. Обычно как бы придирчиво ты не выбирала бы отель, случаются неприятные сюрпризы уже по прибытию. А тут отель оказался лучше чем описано на сайте. Есть совершенно все услуги и условия. Мы заняли три номера, нас было 11 человек. Двум маленьким деткам предоставили дополнительные кушетки в двух номерах. Номера очень чистые и достаточно большие со всеми необходимыми условиями. Бассейн открытый и в то же время рядом молодые деревья, что даёт лёгкую прохладу. Дети просто не выходили из воды. Вода отличная, чистая и приятная. В регистратуре работники очень отзывчивые, приветливые и услужливые. Есть услуги чистки и глажка одежды при необходимости. Была свидетелем как иностранец попросил почистить одежду, ребята очень отзывчивы и бегло владеют английским языком. Расположение отеля просто мечта, недалеко от центра, но все же не так уж и близко, чтобы огородится от городского шума. До площади Регистан вечером прогулялись, минут за 20 дошли. Рядом очень хорошие кафе и ресторан. Мы там и поужинали, еда качественная и вкусная, притом за очень доступную цену. Завтрак в отеле просто великолепный. Есть на любой вкус и выбор. Работницы кухни очень приветливы и услужливы. Одним словом, мы просто в восторге от отеля. Когда-нибудь, если будем снова в Самарканде, остановимся только там. Спасибо всем работникам отеля, желаю процветания Вам!

Остановились в этой гостинице и остались в полном восторге. С самого входа нас встретила невероятная чистота, что сразу создало приятное впечатление. Удобные кровати и комфортные условия. Завтраки были очень вкусными и разнообразными, каждый мог найти что-то по вкусу. Мы заезжали большой группой, и особую благодарность хочу выразить Анне. Она учла все наши предпочтения и с большим терпением помогала решать возникающие вопросы. Благодаря её профессионализму и внимательному отношению наша поездка прошла безупречно. Hotel to avoid! Average welcome, they keep your passports and it's a pain to get them back if you decide to leave to change hotels, you will only stay one night. Everything is there, the infernal noise until 3 am, the air conditioning that doesn't work and the breakfast that is pitiful!

I stayed here with a tour group. The place is dismal and dark and run down. It reminded me of a 1960’s hotel. It had a grubby feel to it. There are unnecessary trip hazards in the doorway to the room and the bathroom. There is some weird hard covering round the bed, like a box structure, which is concealed by the dismal bed cover so people were banging their legs and toes. The shower head pipe was split so water cascaded down the wall and onto the floor. The bottom of the shower curtain was filthy. The toiletries were absolutely minimal and basic. No water was left in my room apart from the first day. The dining room was dingy and old fashioned and the food was basic. The towels were grey and hard and frayed. One of the bedside lights was not working at all and the other one, which did not match, needed brute force to turn it on. I used a travel adaptor plug which worked perfectly well at other hotels but it would not stay in the socket at this one. I was not the only one in the group to experience this. the catches on some of the secondary glazing on the windows were broken so they could not be closed. It made me wonder if anyone ever checked the condition of the rooms. Wifi was slow and intermittent. It was absolutely the worst hotel that I stayed in in Uzbekistan. On the plus side, the bedding was fresh and changed daily and the desk staff were friendly.

Viajamos en grupo de 30 personas y en las habitaciones hubo de todo algunas grandes y otras pequeñas incluso sin sitio para colocar la maleta porque sino no pusdes abrir la puerta del baño el desague esta en el suelo en el centro del baño puedes tener suerte y puede que esta atascado y al decirlo en recepcion no te lo arreglan los grifos llenos de oxido sin limpiar limpieza regular la cama es malisima dura como dormir en el suelo y la ropa de cama es mas pequeña que la propia cama el aire acondicionado es un split muy ruidoso y que solo enfria donde cae el chorro de aire, crujia la pared mientras estaba en funcionamiento multiples ruidos de tuberias y conductos durante la noche el desayuno es malo de calidad mediocre y ademas solo tiene te o cafe soluble, el cafe de cafetera te lo cobran los muebles son antiguos y enormes y sin embargo las mesillas estan a ras de suelo deprimente y oscuro el wifi es regular
