It's about a 30-minute walk to Registan Square. All buses go to the Amir Timur statue on the way, so you might as well walk from there. The breakfast is more than enough and delicious. Cute cats welcome you.

We had a great experience. Host is very friendly and considerate. The host went out of the way to arrange vegetarian food for us. Its a little away from centre but easily accessible via taxis which is very cheap. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a big courtyard with trees. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a lot. No complaints. Their home made jam is just awesome.
