The new hotel is clean and quiet, with floor heating and domestically imported bathroom equipment. The air-conditioning switch is on the wall of the wine cabinet, and the adjustment on the other wall panel is invalid, which is a bit puzzling. The curtains were too high and had no electric control, so they couldn't be closed tightly and light leaked through. The service attitude is very good. The breakfast was delicious. There is only an ATM in the lobby and no manual exchange. To exchange money manually, you need to go to the Hilton Hotel across the street. The exchange rate is the same as the airport (there are two Hilton hotels, not Hilton Garden Inn)

This hotel is AMAZING. The staff are so helpful and kind. They cater to whatever you may need and try their best to provide an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean & modern.

Booked 4 rooms and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to Suites. Located far from City Centre we had to eat there. Breakfast was scroungely pathetic and menu items terrible. Room keys refused to work. Praises for Komilla who helped us

Fantastic location. I highly recommend this hotel even if it is a bit outside of Samarkand. Spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms. Incredibly functional bathroom. Breakfast with excellent selection. Bar with excellent coffee.

I went for breakfast, the options were little and no names written to know what we are eating. I had a croissant and a bit of cheese and thought of taking what's on my plate to my room to eat when I get ready - I eat in small portions due a medical condition. While I was leaving the dining hall, the restaurant representative asked me to leave my food as it's not allowed. I tried to explain for him that I eat in small portions, however, he insisted on the hotel policy. Personally I don't mind the policy, but I minded the attitude. It could have been in a nicer way, maybe apologizing on behalf of the hotel or maybe to allow it this time - as the food was already on my plate and it should not go to waste as hygienically no one should have it after another guest - yet he didn't. So I just asked him at least to take my coffee ☕ with me which he agreed on. Very disappointed with the restaurant service.
