Spa Hotels in Salzburg

I booked this hotel online after lot of research and went by the brand of ”Best Western”, whose properties I have stayed around the world in the past. However, I would say the experience was much below expectations. Pros 1. Very close to Salzburg train station. It is about 2kms from the station 2. Bus stops are right opposite of hotel so ease of public transport 3. Walking distance to Mirabell Palace and Mozartplatz (main tourist attractions) 4. Several Indian restaurants within walking distance from hotel. 5. I was given a large room so it was good from family point of view 6. Room, bathroom was clean, nice bed, clean bed linen and towels etc 7. Staff at FD was efficient and solved most of our issues quickly. Cons 1. When we checked into room, we noticed that not even electric kettle, tea, coffee was provided in the room. It was provided only after brought into the notice of the front desk. 2. Intercom in the room was not working, so every time you have to go to the FD to inform 3. The room has a very small window at shoulder level, which was quite odd. 4. Salzberg was quite warm during our stay and AC was not working in the room. 5. Breakfast spread was small considering this was a 4 star hotel. 6. The bathroom has peculiar design & it was quite awkward for our Indian sensibilities, that shower enclosure was in glass open to view from all sides from the room. Such arrangement is not suitable if you have older children staying in the same room. We had our 10y old with us and we had to finish our shower before she would wake up. I would rather avoid this hotel in future!!

We only stayed here for one night on our way to St. Wolfgang and Hallstatt. We picked this place because it's super close to both the train and bus stations, plus the price was really reasonable. When we checked in later in the evening, we met this friendly receptionist from Germany, but we didn't catch his name. The room was spotless, with a nice clean bathroom, air conditioning, and a kettle. The only downside was no fridge in the room, but they said we could use the one at the front desk if we needed. Breakfast on the 6th floor was awesome with great views of the mountains. Overall, this hotel was perfect for our quick stay, and we'd definitely choose it again next time we're in Salzburg.

I have nothing but accolades for this hotel. 1) location - walk from the hotel to most everything you want to go to (yes, it may be about a mile, but you’re on vacation, and you could do with a little exercise, couldn’t you). 2) Konstantina - at check in - welcomed us with humor, practical advice. and kindness 3) rooms were gigantic by European standards, and clean 4) the fitness center is fantastic

Hotel was a short walk away from the main city sites (Mirabell Platz and the Old Town). The room was really clean with complimentary bottled water provided. The lack of an express checkout, however, did take up some time.

The Sach Hotel is famous in Austria. When I did the Raiders, I saw more of the Sach in Vienna. Less about Salzburg. I really want to feel this hotel this time, and considering the cost (Salzburg is cheaper), I booked sacher in Salzburg. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly. I know that my Chinese also chat with me in bulk and simple Chinese. She said that she had studied Chinese for a year, and she was almost returning it to the teacher. After checking-in, I will personally take me to the room and tell me that the cake can be purchased from the store downstairs or at the cafe for afternoon tea. As for the taste of the cake, I am a heavy chocolate sweetie lover, I like it (the cream on the side can relieve the greasy). It should be noted that the hotel will send an afternoon tea in the afternoon and two sacher cakes [laughing R]. In the morning, I feel that the single self-service is a bit expensive. I choose to call room service more than half cheaper. The result is amazing. Coffee is directly given to a pot, the taste of the boiled is really top [strong] yogurt jam is not said, every time I go to Europe, my favorite 😻 breakfast outside the window is really good, rainy days do not affect the mood. The hotel's promenade and room layout are very distinctive, each room is different. All in all, Salzburg occasionally corrupts this sacher is really good.

Booked a big bed room, gave a suite, and both children were enough! Because the next day I had to catch the early train, I didn’t have breakfast. The restaurant of the same name downstairs in the hotel is very good, and the things that are done are delicious. 5 minutes walk from the train station The hotel entrance is relatively clean, there are subway and shopping malls and small supermarkets within 5 minutes. There is also a convenience store at the gas station.

Take the 150 road hotwirf station to the hotel very close, walk for 5 minutes, will pass Spartan supermarket, breakfast service is very good, coffee is cooked a pot to send up, set the family attic room to half a floor luggage At night, you can see the stars through the window.

I didn’t get the room I booked for. The room and facilities need maintenance. The bathroom is unsafe and old. Great location, great staff except housekeeping, the cleaning was not good

This hotel is a fairytale experience. Staff can’t do enough for you. Setting is magical as is the ambience in the hotel. Food in the restaurant is top notch. Breakfast was amazing exceptional omelettes. Just book you won’t regret it. We have already book for next June.

I have lived in a more satisfactory hotel in a multi-country tour of Europe. It is a mountain road of a small castle. It is very good to park. The hotel has its own small parking lot. After entering the door, the staff welcomed us warmly and let us sit in the bar with free welcome drinks, the hotel is said to have existed in the 14th century and has been renovated and well maintained. There is a nice fountain in front of the gate that feels aristocratic. There should be more than 20 rooms in total, the room is clean and warm, the view outside the small balcony is the entrance garden. There is also a welcome fruit plate and private welcome letter in the room. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant in the hotel is a star Michelin, the food is delicious in many Michelin restaurants, in addition to the dishes there are many appetizers and petit fours desserts. There are also many types of breakfast (the European general breakfast is relatively simple), and you can even order foie gras, caviar, steak, etc. Overall, the service is very warm, you can feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the service staff, and Christmas in an overseas holiday can be said to be very touched.
