Ich habe über Stunde gewartet und kam eine Frau, äußerst arrogant und sagte da ist keiner. Dann bin ich hoch gegangen und Zimmer durchgesucht.
Äußerst drekig. Trepoe ( Stiege) qwitschen.
Da keiner da war, habe ich dann Cousin vom " Chef" mitgenommen um anderes Hotel zu suchen.
Ich erwarte Geld zurück  und empfehle die Dreckbude keinem!

I waited for over an hour and a woman came, extremely arrogant and said there was no one there. Then I went upstairs and looked through the rooms.
Extremely dirty. Squeaking on the stairs.
As no one was there, I took the "boss's" cousin with me to look for another hotel.
I expect my money back and would not recommend this filthy place to anyone!

酒店距離市中心景點約15-20分鐘步程，徒步出行很方便，房間設施比較齊全，也比較乾淨。床鋪特別軟，晚上十分安靜。酒店有着濃郁的宗教氛圍，服務熱情。早餐很豐富。

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes' walk from the city center attractions. It is very convenient to travel on foot. The room facilities are relatively complete and clean. The bed is very soft and very quiet at night. The hotel has a strong religious atmosphere and warm service. Breakfast is very rich.

If you're NOT into old and creepy ''hotels'' don't book a room here. When me and my family arrived, our room wasn't ready, it was messy and there was dust everywhere. The surroundings are absurd, there's mess everywhere and it was disgusting. The room was smelling like literally dead people, and I'm not even joking... We should've been there for 2 night but decided to leave very early after the first nights. I cannot recommend anyone staying at this place... Such a waste of money

Haus Wartenberg is charming and feels like you are staying at your grandmother’s house. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is lots of antique and vintage art and furniture to look at. Staff were helpful and friendly. 

There were a just few things that could have made the stay better. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans provided - or I wasn’t offered one. In the room, bedsheets had visible stains and there was some light dust and common household bugs in the room. 

The old furniture gives it a nice touch. There are some nice spaces to enjoy relaxing like reading a book etc.

If you like an alternative feeling to sterile and stale hotel environments then this is the place for you!

The family-run hotel and bar are in a very good location, a 10-minute walk from the Salzburg city walls. There is a local favorite restaurant next to the hotel. We found it by chance and had authentic German food.
The shopkeeper loves to communicate and actively tells family stories. He showed me a picture of her family. He said he was German, but obviously his Eastern European appearance welcomed him. Haha English is better than me. It does not affect you. Communicate and talk happily for a long time.

Very worth experiencing hotel, breakfast is rich, the room is comfortable and clean, the luggage is stored after check-out, the store also gave us the things that fell in the bathroom, thank you very much
