Hotel with poor facilities, not recommended for long stays. Staff are helpful. The TV in the room barely worked. Breakfast was very simple but good. The photos on the website show a pool/hot tub, but when you get there, there is nothing there. In short, I would not stay there again.

dirty room, moldy walls, even lipstick marks on the wall. Everything was old and poorly maintained. The hallway leading to the rooms, at both ends, had air conditioning units facing INSIDE the building. The door was left open because of the heat from the units, everything was VERY dirty. Horrible. My room was a dump.

What a filthy hotel with crazy employees. The room was all dirty, the linens looked yellow and they never cleaned me, what a mess. I stayed for 3 nights and they didn't clean the room once. My husband got sick and threw up, and they didn't provide anything for cleaning because they said they didn't have anything! I spent the night awake in a room with a window glued with silicone, preventing it from opening, and without cleaning, the smell of vomit wafting around. This hotel should be reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office, it's a crime.

Well-located hotel, facing the sea on the beautiful Ondina beach. IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO POOL. I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST AND SHE TELLED ME THAT ONLY OUTDATED WEBSITES HAVE PICTURES OF THE PLACE WITH A POOL.
