Exceptionally good as always. Superb breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, and there is a rooftop pool as a bonus. Great brand through and through. Would recommend 120%. A Value choice.

You get what you paid for.

Pros: good location, if you looking for beaches without crowds. Relatively close to mais attraction, however Uber super affordable. People friendly and welcoming. Close some grocery and market shops, few places to eat out. Rooftop swimming pool view. Cons: hotel is crying for refurb, not every room has safe box, when requested they never brought, main door, lift is disaster specially when hotel crowded you need to wait ages, bed, mattress, pillows need to be changed, no drinks in fridge, however I was asked at check out if I consumed something. Breakfast on top floor and small space for amount of people. No hangers in wardrobe.

Bom hotel

Good location, good amenities, terrible reception to check in, too slow, on average 20 minutes. With a lot of bureaucracy, great breakfast, slow room cleaning, pool does not have a children's area, but I would stay here again even with these deficiencies.

Wonderful! I really like Riviera, this is the 3rd time my boyfriend and I have booked and we really liked it. I would only recommend increasing the range of breakfast options a little more, other than that, they are excellent.

The hotel receptionists were super relaxed. I had an issue with the air conditioning. But they moved me to another room, and in the end everything worked out.

Quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Consider that there are not very quiet neighborhoods nearby. I do not recommend internal walks. For the rest, everything is excellent.

I enjoyed the experience as a whole and will be returning for a third time to stay there. The service provided by most of the receptionists, maids and other staff was excellent. The apartments were in good condition and clean, but the TV had a limited number of channels.

I liked it, this is the second time I've come with my family, and I'll come back again.

The hotel is great value for money, with a beautiful view. We were well received and have nothing to complain about.

The photos on the website are of a well-maintained hotel, but the place is different, it needs maintenance and the staff treats guests harshly.

It was a great stay there and it is very pleasant, the pool area is top.
