Muy cómodo tranquilo y el personal muy atento a cualquier necesidad!! Unos genios Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones, buen trato al cliente. Todo lo que se necesita!

Lastimosamente horrible, íbamos con una gran expectativa y si bien el hotel es lindo, le falta mantenimiento y sobretodo limpieza, la atención dejó un montón que desear, y hay cosas que deberían aclarar desde la reserva, por ejemplo que no podes ingresar con algo para comer o beber porque si queres consumir en el hotel estas obligado a consumir la comida de su restaurante, no es un restaurante optativo. En dos ocasiones encontramos vasos rotos es la pileta y una de esas veces uno de los nenes se cortó el pie y en el hotel no había ni un botiquín, de hecho de lo único que se hicieron cargo fue de pedir una hambulancia y de muy mala gana. La verdad que es un lugar que no recomiendo para nada, y mucho menos volvería a hospedarme.

The attention of the staff was the only good thing about the place. A hotel, which must have been nice when it was inaugurated, is now long gone. Leaks at the reception, lack of cleaning, old doors swollen by humidity, which had to be slammed to open or close, with the risk of being left with the handle in your hand.

I stayed for 4 nights, and although I had read several unpleasant comments, I must say that I found the staff extremely friendly. The hotel has a clean and pleasant park with a pool and lounge chairs. Breakfast had fresh products. In the afternoon, one can serve tea free of charge. I had a room on the 3rd floor with a nice view. At the reception they got me a ticket to go to Cerro de la Virgen. That said, I must say that the rooms lack painting maintenance and other building arrangements, but during my stay I was able to bathe and have a good bed to rest. The wifi in the room is not good, but I got by using data. The hotel is 2 stars, and the price-quality ratio was correct. If you are looking for a hotel with luxuries or good infrastructure or you are a retailer, look for another hotel and you will surely pay for that too. The location is central. My stay was correct for what I paid.

1Personal recepción muy amable . Sauna no está en funcionamiento. Piso del desayunador sucio. TV muy antigua. Mantenimiento descuidado , bidet inundó la habitación, debímos cambiarnos..(incomodidad ). Faltaban servilletas y mermelada en desayuno., descuido en el servicio.

En un desastre. Nos hospedamos habitación del primer piso, 5 noches sin agua caliente (tibia) o directamente fría nunca lo solucionaron. Desayuno espantoso hasta pan duro. No llega ni a una estrella
