Hicimos reserva a través de despegar y al llegar nos dijeron que la reserva no era válida teniendo el voucher en mano , fue tan lamentable.todo que hasta nos amenazó con llamar a la policía. Solo porque la nueva dueña le pareció que no era apropiado el valor publicado. Gracias a esto tuvimos la suerte de encontrarnos con el hotel del tren , hermoso lugar con la.mejor atención y precio acorde.

En nuestro Hotel cada huésped es recibido con una calidez y profesionalismo excepcional por parte de todo el personal. Cada miembro del equipo es atento y amable!! Estamos ubicados en calle Santiago del Estero 425 , entre Zuviría y Deán Funes, a tres cuadras de la plaza principal, en una zona céntrica residencial, también estamos a dos cuadras de la calle Balcarce, lugar de ferias artesanales durante el día, y restaurantes, pubs, peñas folklóricas durante la noche.

Excelente lugar, la atención es muy buena, los espacios confortables y el desayuno muy rico. La ubicación es muy cómoda para acercarse a los puntos interesantes de la ciudad y contratar excursiones, pero al mismo tiempo no está en medio del microcentro y su ruido.

Malísimo, tan feo que mi esposa con gripe quizo cambiar y por haber quedado 3 horas,sin dormir ni utilizar el baño ,nos hicieron pagar la tarifa completa. Ningun gesto comercial. Habitacion pequeña ,con olor a humedad y fría. baño utilizable por personas muy delgadas. A evitar !!

El baño demasiado chico, había que entrar de costado. La presión del agua muy baja, La pasada a los dormitorios era a través del comedor y si estaban sentados el espacio era mínimo. En patio interno para tomar mate por ejemplo estaban los residuos.
