Muy buen hotel; buenas habitaciones; muy amable la gente del hotel. Correcto desayuno. Tiene una pileta muy linda en el último piso y también un gimnasio. La zona es muy buena; estas cerca de la plaza principal y cerca de las peñas también. Muy recomendable precio/calidad!!

Excelente hotel ubicación céntrica a sesos cuadras de la calle Balcarce donde están ubicadas las Peñas todas las noches fuimos caminando el lugar es súper seguro Habitaciones amplias camas cómodas frigobar El restaurante excelente con menú ejecutivo de 20 mil pesos (20 dólares Aproximadamente) plato principal bebida y postre Desayuno súper completo con mucha variedad de alimentos Pileta en el techo con jacuzzi y vistas únicas Atención del personal de restaurante y desayuno excelente Estacionamiento propio Todo de diez súper recomendable

We stayed one night, left to go on a 2 day tour then returned for two nights. Our first bedroom faced the street and was a bit noisy. The second bedroom faced the back of the hotel and was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking into town and Salta is a lovely place to explore. There is an unheated pool on the top floor. It probably warms up in summer. We were there in November and it was quite cold- okay once you were in. Staff service was excellent. The only reason for four stars and not five was that the breakfast was more limited than in other similar hotels. You can order eggs and they are delicious freshly cooked. However the fruit salad was mainly apples. Perhaps it is difficult to get melon and pineapple at this time of year but our other hotels all had them. Apart from the breakfast I loved the hotel and would stay here again when I visit Salta.

Hermoso hotel, elegante, chic, con clasicismo y toques modernos, en pleno centro, a 3 cuadras del casco histórico y a media cuadra de la calle Balcarce donde se encuentran peñas y restaurantes diversos, tiene gimnasio, pileta, restaurant y un bar, el desayuno es delicioso, la comida gourmet a un precio adecuado, el personal es amable y muy atento.

Yo reservè el hotel, pero fue mi hija quie viajò. El desayuno no es lo que era en 2010, el ascensor es ruidoso, el frigobar no enfriaba bien. En consecuencia el precio no guarda relaciòn. No es un 4 estrellas. Como expresè yo viajè en 2010 y era otra cosa.

Tuve un inconveniente con la reserva y el personal del hotel no me brindo ninguna solución, ni se mostro predispuesto a escucharme. La atención fue muy mala y no tuvieron ninguna intención de resolverlo. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel en Salta.
