Dirty chair, walls were dirty as well. It certainly needs maintenance. Cheap but don't expect much. The luggage storage is very useful and the location is central. We spent a few days there, and the communication with them was ok (WhatsApp).

Al ingresar el dto estaba con pelos largos en las colchas, había un palo de escoba por la mitad (supusimos lo usaban así) tbn roto la parte cerámica de la cocina entre otras cosas. Al salir se nos cobraron cargos con la excusa que debíamos filmar antes o avisar

Fue una estadía perfecta. Alquilamos 2 habitaciones y ambas estaban totalmente equipadas, amplias, con vistas hermosas a los cerros una de ellas con una terraza divina. El sistema de ingreso fue perfecto, sin problemas, los chicos del equipo de atención al huésped están en línea todo el tiempo y responden inmediatamente todas las dudas. Tiene todo para quedarte varios días con la comodidad de un depto y la seguridad de un hotel. Nos encantó y volveremos sin dudas.

Muy lindos departamentos, chiquitos y comodos. Esta muy cerca del paseo balcarce donde están las peñas de la ciudad y muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de los dos shopping de la ciudad. Real buena ubicación. El lugar esta muy limpio y bien organizado

L'appartement convenait bien pour un court séjour, plutôt bien placé, avec des casiers extérieurs pour laisser ses affaires avant et après.
La propreté n'était pas idéale et il manquait de matériel pour la cuisine, ainsi que d'un minimum basic (huile..).

The best value and location in Salta
Beautiful apartment, excellent value, great location near very good restaurants, clean, and easy self check in. The bed was acceptable but not the highest quality. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

Very good location, one block from where the peñas are in the city. The place is modern and very clean. Breakfast is ok. I don't give it a five because the water heater is very small, you have to shower very quickly and the safe didn't work. We notified them, we authorized them to enter when we weren't there but they never solved it.
