ANDÉN Fma-Coliving

We went to Andén Fma in a group of 5 friends. The apartment looked divine at first sight, everything was modern, beautifully decorated, and well scented. It is located super well. The only downside is that it doesn’t have heating (just a cold heat in the living room when the apartment had two bedrooms and it was winter). In addition to that, we showered with cold water because the electric heater wasn’t at the necessary temperature and nobody told us. Then on the second day we were able to turn it up but it didn’t supply enough for 5 people to shower, so three or two people always showered with cold water (something you can’t avoid because you leave early at 6/7 am to go on an excursion and you arrive at 8:30 pm to shower and go out to dinner). We had paid for breakfast and the first day they didn’t give us any because the cafeteria people told us it wasn’t included, we had to pay for it because we were leaving for twelve hours. And when I complained in a very bad way, they told me that although I had booked with breakfast, I later paid for it in advance, so the price was different at the time of payment than at the time I booked. They told me that we did not understand each other when no one told me that I had to pay an extra for pre-travel or that the rate was different; I never refused to pay anything, I only wanted my stay to include breakfast and that they charge me what corresponded but not that they take it away without warning and on top of that they blame me for the pre-travel. As if that were not enough, on the last day they rang the bell 10 times at 3 in the morning. The building does not have 24-hour security and it scared us quite a bit since we do not know the area. Conclusion, nice apartments with a good location, service to improve

The stay was very nice in this apartment! Comfortable, warm and modern, it has everything you need. In addition, it is VERY well located, one block from Paseo Balcarce where all the bars and cute little bars are located to go for a drink. A few blocks away is also the pedestrian street, and the cathedral. The breakfast is outstanding, VERY delicious and complete. There are options for all tastes and it is abundant. They serve it in the cafeteria called Dulce de Leche & Co. The coffee is really delicious, and the dulce de leche (from Campo Quijano) they serve too!!
