Very good hotel. Good location. It may not be a four star hotel today, but it is a superior three star hotel. I would like to highlight the very good treatment of all the staff, always willing to answer your questions. The breakfast is very varied: fruit, cold cuts, croissants, toast, cakes, cookies, criollitos. You can rest very well at night. The room is spacious and has a large closet. It has a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. If you are going for a couple of days on business, it is a very good option. I had to leave the room at 10:00 and take the flight back at 19:00 to kill time, and they let me stay at the hotel, using their facilities, until I left for the airport.

Old hotel with poor maintenance. Very very friendly staff. Dirty carpets in the hallways. Dark room facing a skylight full of pigeons making noise. The bathroom is a horror, from the 80s, with a screen that would shake if you touched it. Instead of a bathtub, there was a shower with a tiled floor, which was dangerous. You have to bathe in flip-flops. The towels have holes, are frayed and worn. The pool is in a place with the entire ceiling stained with moisture and the walls are peeling. They do not do maintenance. Good location. There are many better hotels.

Se trata de un hotel bien ubicado en calle BELGRANO , a 3 o 4 cuadras de la plaza principal ( 9 de julio ) y a 200 metros de paseo Güemes con muchas opciones gastronómicas La atención del personal es muy amable y se destaca El wifi es muy bueno Las habitaciones algo descuidadas q necesita un restyling pero cómodas El desayuno es muy correcto con varias opciones Tiene además resto al medio y noche Es un hotel cómodo aunque algo antiguo Precio calidad razonable

Las 4 estrellas es una calificación que queda grande. Es antiguo pero sin mantenimiento y renovación. La pileta no funcionaba y la calefacción era defectuosa. El personal amable respetuoso. El desayuno variado de calidad media. La agencia con la cual contraté el viaje describió otra cosa.

Debido a una cancelación de vuelo, nos enviaron a este hotel. La verdad que no es un 4 estrellas. Es bastante viejo, la habitación tenía muchas manchas de humedad, estaba un poco sucia. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Te dan solo una tarjeta de entrada por habitación. Para ingresar tiene 4 escalones, pero no tiene rampa para discapacitados o carrito de bebés.

Felíz de haberme alojada en este hermoso hotel muy bien ubicado y con todo lo q el huesped necesita ,todo muy limpio!! Realmente muy conforme con la atencion del personal Desayuno muy completo (te cargan agua para el termo tambien hay un dispenser agua fria /caliente)agregaria alguna opción mas para celíacos(solo galletas de arroz!)las habitaciones amplias y confortables placard grande caja de seguridad TV mesita con silla el baño antiguo pero muy espacioso y todo funcionando perfecto cambio de toallas a diario hay secador de cabello shampoo acondionador y jabon En el entrepiso se encuentra la pileta me sorprendió realmente es grande!!climatizada con salida a una hermosa terraza con mesas y sillas( los toallones para la misma se encuentran ahí y una vez q lo usas lo dejas en un sesto para lavar ) Tambien cuenta en el el entrepiso con restaurante con muy buena carta y precios normales(podes pedir al cuarto la comida ) Se los super recomiendo mi experiencia fué muy buena Tenes todos los puntos importantes para recorrer en Salta cerca no se pierdan de ir a alguna peña!! Soy de las personas q leen las opiniones antes de contratar algún hotel y me parece muy importante compartirlo!

Muy lindo hotel. Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo (plaza , museos, iglesias, cabildo, paseo Güemes) y con recepción las 24 horas. El personal es muy amable. Todos los espacios están impecables. Hay una pileta interior climatizada y una terraza con sillas y mesas para disfrutar del tiempo de relax. El desayuno es tipo buffet, con frutas, quesos, fiambres, dulces, yogures, jugos, muy buena panificación y repostería. Hay opciones para celíacos. Las habitaciones y el baño son cómodos . También está a disposición de los huéspedes un dispensador de agua fría y caliente. Tienen servicio de restaurante, pero es un poco lento. Este hotel es una muy buena opción para alojarse en Salta.

El hotel es bastante antiguo, si bien todo esta impecable, los muebles y detalles, son de los años ´80. No parece un hotel 4 estrellas. En lo que respecta al desayuno, es bueno y variado. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones que dan a la avenida, son bastante ruidosas.
