Hotel que supuestamente es de 4 estrellas. Llegamos a las 12 hs y nos dieron la habitación a las 14,30 hs. Nunca abrió la caja fuerte, los primeros 2 días no anduvo el agua caliente, tampoco funcionó el w5 durante toda la estadía y para que cambien las toallas las tuvimos que tirar al suelo de lo contrario no las cambiaban. Pedimos un later check out, nos dijeron que un día antes nos avisaban si nos lo darían, preguntamos el día anterior a irnos y nos informan que recién a la noche podían informarnos, a la noche nos informan que fue un error recién el mismo día de salida nos dirían si podíamos quedarnos, el día de salida nos informan que por quedarnos unas horas nos cobraron $50.000, el 50% del valor de la noche. Realmente un desprecio a los pasajeros.

Sin dudas recomendable, nos dieron una habitación primer piso al frente(calle) pero los cerramientos doble vidrio hicieron su trabajo dormi muy bien. El spa es completo y muy barato. No pude probar la piscina por falta de tiempo. El personal muy atento.

El hotel es muy lindo, limpio, buen desayuno, hermosa pileta, gimnasio y sauna. Pero lo más importante es la calidez y atención del personal, desde el conserje hasta cada uno de los empleados siempre dispuestos, amables, con una sonrisa! Realmente hacen que la estadía sea excelente!

Nos encanto el hotel y el trato, la habitacion muy comoda y espaciosa, la gente que trabaja en el restaurante y recepción muy amables. recomendamos mucho este hotel y al masajista un genio!! hotel ideal para ir en familia... el servicio de limpieza excelente al igual que el resto del personal

Cierran los espacios comunes y no permiten ingresar a las areas de cafeteria para no encender los aires acondicionados y te piden que salgas a trabajar con las laptop al patio, donde no hay enchufes. Es decir si uno quiere enviar un mail o un whatsapp para contar de la experiencia o lo hace del patio o lo hace desde la habitación..... ya que no permiten el uso de lugares comunes para evitar prender el aire acondicionado o que le pidas un café.....Deberían cobrar solo por el pernocte, lo cual podría estar bien..... pero que le quiten lo de 4 estrella ya que solo se puede estar dentro de la habitación.....

El hotel muy bien situado, la habitación no muy grande pero confortable, desayuno correcto. El recepcionista del turno de la mañana, un encanto, educado, ayudándonos en todo pero el de la tarde, dejo mucho que desear, no hubo manera de que nos hiciera caso para poder arreglar la caja fuerte que no funcionaba en la habitación, del "ahora subimos.." y nunca subieron o "es que ahora estoy solo..". La piscina no muy grande y heladaaaaaaaaaa, jajaja. y lo mejor del hotel EL MASAJISTA, Luis, nunca he recibido un masaje tan efectivo como el que me dio, creo firmemente que he aguantado el viaje de 20 días gracias a él. Enhorabuena al hotel por ese gran servicio a un precio asequible.

Muy bueno todo. Atenti que algunas habitaciones no cuentan con frigobar. Todos son atentos y serviciales. El desayuno es correcto. La limpieza de las habitaciones, y su estado, es correcto. La piscina es pequeña, pero agradable y limpia.
