Overall the H10 is fantastic great pool and slides for kids, evening entertainment which most nights is pretty decent, day time entertainment is hit and miss and most of days not really catered for kids, stayed self catering and probably was the only let down room was quiet small for our group and cooking facilities for self catering was very very limited with no cleaning materials in room for cleaning and tidying up generally the self catering facilities was the only downfall felt as though they didn’t want you cooking in the small kitchen . Is a little bit out of town bit bus goes quite regularly worth buying the travel card for buses works out a lot cheaper

Hemos estado varios años y como siempre hemos estado fenomenal, de hecho si podemos este 2025 repetiremos, la comida es estupenda, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones están muy bien y la zona super tranquila. Solo podríamos remarcar que este año pasado 2024 las actividades infantiles han sido algo peores que otros años, no sé si ha habido cambio de empresa que las organiza y otras circunstancias que hayan podido afectar. Es lo único en lo que intentaría mejorar un poco. Aún así un servicio fenomenal para ir en familia.

Hotel para familias con niños
El hotel esta muy bien para familias con niños, muy buenas piscinas, juegos y sobre todos un equipo de animación excepcional.
Me gusta mucho las fiestas que hacen por las noches para los niños.
Solamente le veo un pontu de mejora. A mediodía no abren el bufet y hay que comer en alguno de los dos restaurantes. En estos restaurantes la comida que sirven es de bastante baja calidad, prácticamente todo es "congelado de bolsa" y en general muy pobre.
Les sugiero que hagan una carta mejor o que abrán el bufet a mediodía.

Peut mieux faire
Problème d’attente pour l’enregistrement demie heure de queue et une fois dans la chambre pas d’eau chaude. Les techniciens sont rapidement dépêchés sur place mais deux bonnes heures avant que l’eau chaude arrive. Service restauration satisfaisant et grande variété de choix pour tous les goûts. Hôtel correct. Mais on attend mieux d’un 4 étoiles

Recently spent an enjoyable week in the hotel on a half board basis. Worth joining Club H10 as you get a welcome gift, free drink and earn points towards your next H10 stay. The room was comfortable, but in need of some maintenance. Unfortunately the sound proofing between the rooms was very poor and we could hear loud voices until 1.30am on several nights which affected our sleep. The food was good and varied but more vegetarian options would be welcome. The drinks in the bar and restaurant were very reasonably priced. You could also fill up water bottles for free. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and efficient. Very family friendly hotel so couples may prefer somewhere a bit quieter.
