Super mooi hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Bedden waren goed. En de douche wow echt geweldig. Goede regendouche en een hand sproeier waar tenminste genoeg water uitkomt. Eten was ook super. Keek mijn ogen uit. Er was zelfs ijs. Verschillende soorten brood, vleeswaren, ei, enz je kon niet zo gek praktiseren of het was er. Kortom ze krijgen van mij een 10+

We stayed here in April for a football tournament and enjoyed the hotel,So decided to give it a go for August we stayed 4nights on a half board basis. Rooms are lovely and clean,great shower! Great air con and beds comfortable. The hotel was mainly full of Spanish but we liked that! All staff here are lovely,Polite,helpful. We found the food totally fine and was always something good to eat off the buffet. They had a different theme night on a evening. Pool bar food was good too and good prices as well as the drinks. They do a happy hour 4:30pm- 5:30pm. Lots of activities for children and adults during the day. Mini disco at night starts at 9:15pm Then entertainment started at 10pm. Good central location Would definitely stay again! The maids came in our room everyday and are constantly going around cleaning the hotel. There is a small arcade area,pool tables too. Small mini golf in grounds of hotel too.

Hotel muy agradable . El personal de el super entregado al cliente . Animación con poco personal pero decir que la chica de gafas que animaba a los más peques de 10!felicidades se le notaba que le gustaba lo que hacía . La comida echa con cariño . La única pega el parking del Hotel muy complicado aparcar si el coche es grande olvidaros ( íbamos con un 500 i imposible aunq nos dieron un plan b ) y la limpieza de la habitación un poco justa . Por lo demás volveríamos a repetir .

Es el mejor hotel de todo Salou con diferencia, un 10 en limpieza, habitaciones, personal sobre todo Paco, el metre y su mujer son excepcionales te hacen sentir como en casa, solo les faltaría que tubieran la opcion de todo incluido por el resto el mejor de Salou muy recomendable.

Hotel y aparthahotel familiar muy recomendable. Trato excelente por parte del personal en especial a Maribel del restaurante y a Manuel de mantenimiento.Habitaciones,piscina,animación todo correcto, buffet variado y de calidad. Por poner una pequeña pega las almohadas son con poco relleno pero eso va en gustos.Por lo demás todo genial,sin duda para repetir.

Lo mejor del hotel el trato del personal de la zona de desayunos/comidas, destacar su amabilidad (no podría decir lo mismo del personal de recepción). Mala experiencia con los ascensores (un milagro si llegarás a cogerlo). El fubet calidad buena. De la habitación cambiaría los.colchones (para mi gusto muy duros) y las almohadas (muy finas).

Ottimo hotel, splendida posizione, personale eccezionale. Abbiamo soggiornato a luglio 2024, e non c'è stato nulla di negativo. Eccezionale, dalle camere, al ristorante con ottimo cibo e varia scelta. Meravigliosa la piscina e animazione incredibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ritornarci. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hotel bien ubicado, instalaciones muy bien y renovadas, una habitación grande y baño espectacular, colchón cómodo, buena limpieza, área de láser (piscina) muy bonita y cuidada. Buffet muy bueno y variado tanto para desayunar como para comer y reponen las cosas continuamente. Lo recomiendo.

Impecable. Inmejorable Espectacular. Maravilloso Estuve unos días en familia y fue todo de 10.Muy muy recomendable.Por poner algo un poco negativo,no me dio buena impresión ver gente por recepción con bikini. Enhorabuena a todos los q hacéis q pasemos unos días inolvidables.
