We had a wonderful surprise during our stay at Hotel Colorado Creek in PortAventura. We arrived expecting a typical Disney-style hotel — crowded and impersonal — but experienced exactly the opposite. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of high-quality food options. The hotel is also just a short walk from the park, which made getting around incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and easy access to PortAventura Park.

This was not my first choice hotel, I was moved at the very last minute due to hotel overbooking. Firstly, the hotel is large, crowded and quite noisy. This is expected as it's a family hotel at a theme park and kids make noise. I had booked an upgrade and this was honoured here. I'm sorry they did though because the enhanced rooms are tired and frayed at the edges and the published extras were not in the room. The room was quite large and comfortable but things were peeling at the edges. Breakfast was OK. You book a slot and you have 40 minutes. This is made really clear. The choice of food was quite good and staff were all efficient and friendly. We had a couple of meals and cold drinks at the bar. The staff here were again efficient and friendly. The food was fairly basic but decent. The pool was fairly well maintained and the staff were good. I saw a few people complain because they couldn't follow some basic rules (clearly posted and very reasonable) but the staff were always courteous and polite when requesting rules be followed. There was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, it just wasn't for me. It is a good choice for families and those who don't mind crowds. It is officially 4 star. I think it's more a solid 3 star realistically and don't bother with the room upgrade, it isn't worth it.

Nous sommes venus en juillet pour 2 nuits. Nous avons du écourté notre séjour car le 2eme jour il pleuvait énormément avec des prévisions de forte pluie sur la journée entière. L hotel a refusé de nous laisser la possibilité de reporter la 2eme nuit à une date ultérieure malgré que l hotel n etait pas plein, et que nous ayons demandé tôt le matin ce report. Je comprends cette décision. En revanche nous avons été obligé de payer la pension complete soit 3 repas pour 3 personnes alors que nous n avons pas mangé! Ceci est très désagréable. Le personnel a refusé de nous donner un papier pour le check out anticipé. L hotel et le parc ne sont pas au niveau d Europapark.

Como todos los hoteles del parque súper bien temátizado y el personal de 10 .. el bufet del desayuno y la cena impresionantes y los camareros salieron a bailar y cantar !! Cada año vamos a uno distinto pero en 15 días repetimos en este porque nos encantó!!

Malheureusement je ne vous recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Le lieu est vraiment tres beau et neuf mais le personnel est tellement désagréable ! Nous avons séjourné a el paso en tout compris nous avons donc demandé a la réception s il était possible de mànger dans le restaurant colorado ma réception a donc réservé ûne table . Nous nous y rendons a pieds . Arrivés sur les lieux nous nous présentons la personne devant le restaurant tellement désagréable. Nous disons que nous avons le toyt compris mais que nous payons nos boissons avec nos qr code comme nous la indiqué notre hôtel. Nous avons étés pris pour des voleurs 13.70 eur d addition je sors donc mon qr code une personne puis 2 puis 3 c est honteux ! Je trouve ca scandaleux je n ai pas û espagnol courant mais je m en sors pour comprendre les insultes ! Alors franchement faites attention si vous êtes français. D autant plus que ce n est pas de la gràde restauration mais plutôt du buffet comme partout ! A fuir Personnel trop désagréable avec les français

Las habitaciones muy comodas y el servicio de buffet en la cena y el desayuno, excelentes. Las almohadas podrían ser un poco más firmes pero fuera de eso todo genial. Cuenta con televisor con canales básicos y amenities como shampoo y jabon de baño. No bronda cepillos de dientes de cortesia ni peines. Volvería a repetir y recomiendo para familias
