Convenient location near beaches, Port Aventura, shops, and restaurants. Friendly and efficient staff provide excellent service and entertainment. Easy access to various attractions and activities within walking distance.

We're all checked out now so great time to write a honest review. All in all a pleasant holiday and well worth the price we have paid. 🍛Food: we were all inclusive and found something decent every mealtime. It's not 5 star it's your basic all inclusive buffet so don't expect the world but it's ok. Snack bar is only free between 2pm and 5pm which is something I've not experienced elsewhere but food there was good. The one drink per person is a pain and means the whole family have to go to the bar when you want a drink and don't lose your cups it's €2 each is you lose them like we did 🤦‍♀️ 🛌Rooms: we were in the apartments across the road. They were OK but very basic. Also noisy at night but beds were comfortable enough. There are hairdryers in the room but no iron and reception had ran out of ones to hire. 👨‍🎤Entertainment: the Entertainment makes this holiday. The Entertainment team work incredibly hard and are absolutely amazing. My son adored Leo who did the kids club each day. Daily quizzes, bingo, evening shows etc . All fantastic. Thankyou guys ❤️ ⭐️TOP TIPS⭐️ 1. bring an iron 🤦‍♀️ 2. Don't expect 5 star at a 2 star price 3. Be aware that your all inclusive ends as soon as you check out. Again not something we've experienced anywhere else. 4. If you are staying in the apartments there is a another pool which is quieter if your struggling to get sunbeds at the main pool. There is no bar though so take some drinks. **Edited to add: I forgot to mention all of the staff, from bar staff to cleaning staff who all work tirelessly, especially ABDUL who never stops making sure the area is clean and tidy and always with a smile 😊

We come every year and want to highlight the excellent value for money. To pick one small issue, we think the buffet staff should be more pleasant and attentive. This year, we want to congratulate the cleaning staff. In previous years, none of the employees spoke English, and we found it difficult to understand each other. This year, Kate, a lovely woman, made our stay very comfortable. She cleaned our room twice and is truly very professional. Her treatment of us was unbeatable. We also want to congratulate the reception team, especially Romina. See you next year.
