Lovely hotel , clean and food was really good . No tea & coffee facilities in the rooms , rooms on the small side but manageable for a couple . Plenty of sunbeds but not enough parasols . Entertainment not great , the kiddies disco on a 9-30 at night which is to late. Didn’t see a lot of activities either during the day

Superb comfy beds Exceptionally Clean Food was out of this world with plenty to choose from chef cooking some to order. Plenty of choice. Fantastic Sangria🎉 Only downside.. Bar staff need to be friendlier! 😳

Came back from a holiday in salou last week and I cannot fault this hotel at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were always kept clean with fresh towels and bedding if needed. The food was probably the best I've ever had from an all inclusive, different themes each day and always loads to choose from. Snacks and drinks from the pool bar were a great addition, ice creams, toasted sandwiches, chips and so on were aloud all throughout the day (only closing during restaurant meal times) up until 11pm, which my daughters loved! It's only a couple of minutes away from the main *****, which includes bars, restaurants and shops and the beach is only a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot believe it isn't a 4 star!

Just had 7 nights here with 4adults and 3 children aged 7,12 and 16...firstly I don't know why this hotel isn't 4star. It's kept really clean and had fresh towels and room cleaned every day. The hotel is in the perfect location 5 minute walk from main ***** and all shops and bars etc. I've been to Spain 25 times and this was by far the best food I've had at an hotel, we was only half board so can't say anything for the lunch food but breakfast and evening meal was brilliant, didn't have to eat out once and we had some fussy eaters with us. Staff was really friendly and the young men and lady's on the outside bar were very friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. The only downfall to the hotel which didn't upset us at all was it stated the pool opened at 10am but found out on our first morning people start to queuing 8:30/9am to get a sun lounger, me been the typical brit was down amongst the rest of the holidays makers early to grab some sunbeds every morning but I'm a early bird and would only upset those who get up late morning (your on holiday why spend it in bed all morning lol) oh yes and the rooms are a little bit on small side for family of four but that can't be helped now we just kept our suit cases under the bed. Overall we had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend this to anyone 👍

Très contents de notre séjour, l'hôtel propose des chambres très propres, suffisamment grandes, avec une bonne literie. Nous n’avons pas vraiment pu approcher la piscine mais la plage n'étant pas loin, ce n’est pas grave. Le personnel est très agréable et on les félicite sur ce point car c'est loin d'être le cas de nombreux clients, qui n’ont aucun respect, même le plus basique, la politesse. Nous étions en demi-pension et nous avons apprécié les buffets du matin et du soir, bons et variés. Certes l’eau est payante mais c'est bien précisé et les prix sont raisonnables. Le parking est exigu mais nous avons eu la chance d'y avoir une place alors nous étions contents. L'environnement est tout de même bruyant car Salou ne dort jamais mais est-ce une surprise ?

Arrived 4hrs late at 4am , very tired . Was welcomed and offered a drink and something to eat. Stopped on the 5th floor , views over looking the pool . Very clean room and comfortable beds . Food was OK, plenty of choice each day . Location was excellent. Closed to shops and beach ⛱️

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel exceeded its 3-star rating. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and the room was a good size for us as a couple. Our room did overlook the loud evening entertainment but quieter rooms are available. We went all inclusive and had no complaints - the food is always hot and there is options for fussy eaters. The pool is clean and a decent size but if you want a sunbed for the day you will have to queue at 9am. The location is good, you can walk to alot of places or you can get a short taxi ride to nearby holiday attractions. The main downside of the hotel was the lift situation. Our room was on one of the higher floors and we often had to take the stairs as there are only two lifts which are slow and small.
