Geweldig hotel. All inclusive arragemant gehad. Eerlijk waar het ontbrak aan niets. De buffetten waren rijkelijk gevuld met voor elk wat wils. Personeel was zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en alles werd netjes schoongehouden. Wij zeggen “Keurig” ook echt een aanrader voor gezinnen. Animatieteam zorgt doorlopend voor activiteiten en iedere avond live muziek, dansen of karaoke. Kleine minpuntjes De liften . Het zijn er maar twee voor het hele hotel, en ze werken tergend langzaam. Dat is super irritant. Voor het ontbijt s’ochtens is er geen koffie. Wij zijn gewend na het ontwaken al met koffie te beginnen . Koffie is hier tussen 00,00 uur en 8, uur niet aan te komen. Een apparaat met kupjes op de kamer was fijn geweest

Hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful and nice, food was good but good have been hotter, only one english TV station. Could do with remote where you can change the languages. Beds were lovely and comfy.. I thought it was more entertaining for the Spanish, than the British

Ik ben met een vriend vanaf dinsdag 13 mei tot zaterdag 17 mei. Mensen aan de bar hebben ons prima geholpen, ik wil graag de namen van: Iván en David willen noemen (geweldige personen) ook die van Belen van het restaurant! Geweldig persoon. Onze ervaring is heel goed geweest en ik kom er graag nog een keer. Kamers zijn groot en ruim, douche was altijd netjes en schoon ook was er heerlijk warm water, ons uitzicht was mooi en in de avond was het rustig. Bedankt voor alles. Wij komen snel weer langs

Currently staying in the best hotel mediterraneo, this is my 3rd time stay at this beautiful hotel & I always ask for the same room each visit, personally I can't find any fault!! As a solo traveller the room is big enough for me, plenty of hanging space, good size bathroom & shower & an under counter fridge & TV, there are 2 double beds in my room, but a family of 4 just might struggle!!. There is a big po & a small one for kids, plenty of sun loungers so there's not mad dash lol, there is an outside bar which service drinks & food when the restaurant is closed, the usual snacks like burgers, chips, hot dogs & toasties. The outside seeing area is a good size with plenty of tables, chairs & parasols. The restaurant services a variety so you won't go hungry 😋 breakfast is very good, the usual bacon, sausage, beans & there is a chef who makes pancakes & omelettes 😋 amougest other delicious food to choose from. The hotel is very well maintained, kept clean at all times's & all the staff ate very kind, helpful & friendly. I ways give an honest review, so don't be put off by the negative reviews that ppl put up. Come see for yourself, you won't be disappointed as I wouldn't keep coming bk !!!

El hotel está en unas zonas de Salou muy ruidosa y el aislamiento de las ventanas es muy malo. Dentro de la habitación a Nuri vecino se le oía la conversación totalmente y los ascensores en horas de comida o desayuno o cena son imposibles. Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es el personal, sin fantásticos. Sin duda no volveré si no hacen una reforma

O hotel é bem localizado, no entanto, existem problemas estruturais como quantidade e modernização dos elevadores. Em determinado dia, de 3 elevadores, um estava quebrado, diante do hotel com alta capacidade. Praticamente em todos os dias desci de escada, pois aguardar os elevadores estava impossível. Outro ponto a ser avaliado é o ar condicionado dos ambientes, o ar do quarto não gela, o ar do restaurante também não, tornando esses ambientes muito quentes. Isso é inadmissível. Sobre o restaurante, no meu caso, o café da manhã e jantar, inclusos na tarifa, não tenho o que falar, estavam muito bons, claro que, no jantar, poderiam haver mais opções de carnes, mas não foi algo que me impactou tanto. Sobre o staff, pessoas muito simpáticas e prestativas.

Good location to all amenities.on a night was noisy due to being on the main road The hotel is spotless top marks for the housekeeping reception staff are welcoming and helpful we stayed half board only ate there three times then was fed up with food same things good variety in salad and cold meats but clap cold breakfast. Pool area was clean plus you got a sunbed they did have entertainment but ild say it catered more for Spanish Had a power cut lasted till 11 but they did have generator so all was running hats off to you
