Just back from twelve night stay we had a lovely time spotlessly clean only downfall was food was not hot enough and a bit repetitive great location the entertainment was all in other languages but not for British they should have translated for everybody we would have joined in if they translated what they were going to do The man Christobal was very friendly everytime we went down for meals and couldn't do enough for us always greeted us when we went in and came out bar staff were friendly but couldn't understand us most of the time but overall we had a great time food let it down for us the only time you get hot food was when the chef was cooking it for you we ate out more than we would have liked to as we paid for full board .

my first experience of a holiday abroad with my best friend - loved the hotel - the food was sometimes a bit on the cool side but there was always plenty of fresh salad meats and cheese to fill up on so certainly never went hungry - loved the churros !!!! bed was super comfortable room although small was comfortable and fhe air con worked - fabulous staff always cheerful Christobal was always smiling and happy ! loved the entertainment staff too aquaerobics will never be the same now !! thank you for a wonderful week ! oh and a lovely touch is Cava for breakfast !

Amenities appropriate to cost and stars. Mixed reviews found for the hotel but we couldn’t fault it. Food was as expected general buffet style with different elements every night. Staff friendly and helpful and were always smiling. Pool a little small but enough for us, able to find a sun lounger all the time. Beds comfortable, with great room cleaning and frequent towel changes without request. TV has BBC and ITV channels. We bought own beach towel, kettle and iron as we knew these were extras. We would return without hesitation.

Kameralny hotel z doskonałą lokalizacją . Przesympatyczna obsługa . Na szczególna uwagę zasługuje Cristobal i Joe z obsługi restouracji.Pozdrawiamy:) Jedzonko pycha, śniadania jak wkazdym hotelu codziennie takie same , kolacje tematyczne. Pokoje codziennie sprzatane. Z hotelu wszędzie blisko.

This was a great hotel to stay in. I've been to Salou a number of times and the location of this hotel was perfect for us, close enough to everything without being noisy or too busy. The rooms were good, basic but good. You do need to hire a kettle if you want one but it's only 5 euros. The staff were very helpful and the only hotel I've ever stayed in where you're not scrambling for a sun bed in the morning. We hired pool towels when we got there for 10 euro deposit each. Very relaxed hotel and would definitely stay there again. We never had food at the hotel so can't comment on this.

Well when we came to the hotel everything was fine and the room was clean, very small room but that’s okay cause we spend most time out of the room. So no complains there we couldn’t play with the ball in the pool also fine we understand that. The staff are very nice people and willing to help. But lemme tell you something about the food. We had half pension so we got breakfast and diner. Some things where fine but other things were so cold the cheese in my lasagna became hard the fries where sticky and not good. And the chick was rotten LOOK OUT FOR THE CHICKEN!!!! . Thankfully we saw it on time and only ate a little. (Felt sorry for the other quests). Overall stay in the hotel was nice i recommend it for breakfast but do yourself a favour and eat diner somewhere else.

Nice hotel close to many restaurants and shops only 10 minutes from the beach , lovely breakfasts only issue is people reserving sunbeds by the pool and then being absent most of the day. Something needs to be put in place to stop this. The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced beds changed once during our 5 day stay which was impressive.
